Greg and his various subcontractors have done excellent work for our family,both residential and commercial. He has been our sole contractor for decades and now is doing work for our adult children. You will never see a cleaner construction site. He is honest and trustworthy. He has his own key and security code at our house. He is a problem solver. Should things come up with the design that he knows won't work the best way possible, he has the answer. He also is an excellent wood worker and has done several custom pieces for us.

Greg and his team has done several projects at our home and we are 100% satisfied with the work. We highly recommend him to all friends and family. Greg built an addition to our home and remodeled a bathroom and kitchen. Always on time, within budget and very neat and clean. Great job at a reasonable cost!

GTF Construction Concepts provided a timely, professional, and competitive estimate on my custom deck/design project. We had quite a bit of demolition, as well as a difficult grade in the backyard that needed to be addressed. Greg offered an awesome multi-level custom design that fit within our budget. He also worked with some of our ideas, and we really got a masterpiece deck in the end, which was in the original timeline he quoted us!

Greg and his crew have done excellent work for us over the years. We've done a full remodel of our master bath, kid's bath, loft/closet, kitchen, half bath and laundry room.
