In 2016 we hired Lynn Dickerson to transform our family home into our dream retirement home. We used Houzz to research design ideas and saved several pictures from homes H.I.S. Builder had posted. Much to our delight they were located in the vicinity of our hometown. With the assistance of his architect, Lynn was able to create a design that met all of our needs, which included an open concept with plenty of personal space while retaining the original characteristics of the home. Since we were living out of state during the construction phase, we utililized online tools to help keep tabs on the project and the lines of communication open. Weekly phone conversations were necessary to help manage cost expectations and make timely decisions. Lynn was always prepared with pictures and explained issues and options in a way that we could easily understand. The best part of the entire experience was when we walked into our dream home on time. Throughout our first year in the home, we came to really appreciate the quality of work and materials Lynn and his crew put into this project. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to entrust our family home to H.I.S. Builder.

We couldn't be happier with the work performed on our home. We kind of knew what we wanted done but Lynn helped us in finalizing our design. Our project was a complete re-work of three full bathrooms. Lynn Dickerson, the H.I.S. proprietor, worked with us throughout the project from initial conceptualization to practical designs, demolition, installation, finish and clean-up.
