H2 Development is our go to general contractor who partners with our design firm on many projects. Ed's attention to detail and high quality craftsmanship comes through on each and every project we work on together. I had H2 Development remodel my bathroom, kitchen, basement, and entry way. A verbal estimate was given, and the written estimate was below the verbal quote. Initially, the project included bathroom,kitchen,and basement remodel. I added new windows in the dining room, living room, and three bedrooms, as well as a patio door and entryway door, and two fireplace inserts. Subsequently, I had a sliding door installed for my laundry room. I found the project completed per schedule, the subcontractors excellent, and Ed and Phil knowledgeable, fair, competentent ,honest, and very nice people. I ran out of projects,they completed them all, or I would have them do more work.
