Kerry Hamblett first developed a love of building in 1995. He took on the job of building his family’s home, and because he loved the process so much, begged his wife to sell it immediately. Due to their son being 3 weeks old, she declined. He never lost the bug, and in 2006 he began building homes as a side job, during a 22 year career in sales and marketing. In 2009, he went full time, and quickly became involved in the local builder’s association. He served as the Tyler Area Builder’s Association President in 2014 and 2015, and was named Builder of the Year in 2014. Kerry Hamblett has lived in the Tyler area since the age of 10. It has been his joy to serve the East Texas community by creating homes where families can make memories for years to come.
