It does not get any better than Harvest Construction! From start to finish, Ken was there with thoughtful answers to all of our questions. He knows how to get the most from his team, while keeping all costs within our budget. Our experience has been a very positive one. Their professionalism shows in management, quality of work and customer service. Their desire is to achieve completed projects on time and within budget. The design capabilities they brought to bear on our project saved us many thousands of dollars, something we also deeply appreciate!

We hired Harvest Construction to build our home based on designs from our architect. Not only did they work closely with us, the homeowners, they worked with our architect and interior decorators. The staff at Harvest Construction did a wonderful job communicating with us since we were out of town for the majority of the construction phase. They also did a great job of taking care of any issues that came up after we moved in. We were very pleased with their honesty, their attention to detail and the open lines of communication.

Everywhere we turned, the name, Kenneth Rudisell, and Harvest Construction came up - first, usually! We consider ourselves fortunate indeed in having had Ken accept our challenge. He built our house with the same devotion and attention he provided to all his ordinarily larger projects. His subs were people you could invite to dinner, the site was always clean and he completed the job in just over a year and within the budget! You cannot do better than Harvest, and its star … Kenneth Rudisell, and his exceptional backfield, when you are considering selecting your quality custom home contractor! Harvest Construction is 'Old School' in the best sense. They stand behind their word and they do excellent work. If it's not excellent they will come back and make it so. We used H.C. to build a house in Carmel in 2007 (Santa Lucia Preserve) and found them to be very responsible and refreshingly responsive. As a matter of fact, we still call them for routine maintenance issues. They have earned our trust and allegiance.

What can we say except outstanding! We had a great experience with Ken Rudisill and his entire team at Harvest Construction. They took our house down to the studs and rebuilt for us in about 14 months. From the plans to the budget process to the subcontractor selection, every part was seamless and professional! Every aspect of the process was completed with care and personal attention to detail. We had a great experience with this team and feel like they are family and we continue to have a wonderful relationship with them. They are THE BEST!
