My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The people at Henning were very professional and did an excellent job. A special thanks to Claudia and Jesus for overseeing the project and going the extra mile to make sure every detail was completed as agreed upon the contract. I would definitely used them again.

The Hennings Group is truly best in class. They renovated my hair salon and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jasmin and Abraham were amazing to work with—professional, responsive, and on top of every detail. Their work is spectacular, pricing is very reasonable, and—most importantly—there were no surprise charges or inflated costs at the end of the project. Everything was completed on time, exactly as promised. It’s rare to find a construction company this reliable, transparent, and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend The Hennings Group to anyone looking for top-quality construction or renovation work.

We hired Henning to remodel our main and second bedroom baths, install our new pool and construct a matching, detached garage that would complement our one hundred year old house. The project was a challenge due to the house’s age and the many moving parts (to include installation of 52 hurricane-proof windows). The project was successfully completed despite numerous supply challenges. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would wholeheartedly endorse Henning’s project management.

My wife and I first hired RMS to perform a small remodeling job in 2010. Being a retired contractor from Rhode Island, I knew what I wanted and how to do it. I was very impressed with their presentation and I hired them. The work was performed professionally and in the time frame projected. After Hurricane Irma I hired RMS to repair roof damage above the laundry room and rebuild the entire laundry room. Again the work was performed professionally and timely. Our home in Estero was flooded during Hurricane Ian, causing us to move out. RMS responded to my call for help and was permitted and on site the week following the storm. We were back in our home between Christmas and New Years. This was a particularly trying time as getting workmen and building supplies immediately after the storm was difficult. RMS did it! Additionally, I hired RMS to rebuild damaged rental property that my wife and I own in Bonita Springs after Hurricane Ian. Not surprisingly, all the work was performed in a professional and timely fashion. I highly recommend HenningRMS for all your remodeling needs.

We have used Henning RMS on three different occasions, two bathrooms and our kitchen. Each project was started and completed as promised as far as timing and budget. The project manager, Jimmy was as dependable and responsive as I have ever experienced in previous projects and contractors! He was available via texting, phone call, and personally would come to the house if requested. He will be one of the main reasons I will choose this company in the future. Their crew members were professional, polite and respectful of my wife and me while working in the house. They made sure the flooring in the house was protected during the projects and cleaned up each night before leaving. We could not be more pleased with this company and especially their personnel in the field.
