Home Source Custom Renovations

We had a hot water heater flood our entire first floor and, when we decided this was the right time to do a kitchen remodel, we used Jeff Smith and Home Source Renovations to get the job done. I can't begin to say enough good things about Jeff. His professionalism, kindness, expertise and ability to do everything he promised to do (when he promised to do it) was priceless! He had custom cabinets built for us and we have the most breathtaking granite countertops I've ever seen. He even suggested moving our refrigerator over slightly so the door could fully open and recommended we use the leftover space to build a really awesome wine grotto (complete with hand-built wine rack, and cabinets with glass shelves that show off the stemware that's not stored in the built in wineglass holders). It now looks like a show kitchen and we owe it all to Jeff!

Jeff Smith (the proprietor) has a vast knowledge of home design and construction. He was our real estate agent and was with us at every step of construction. He provided knowledge of upgrades to pay for and also projects to be considered for a later date. His greatest quality is listening to your wants and providing an unintrusive opinion of what he has seen/done. He has a great grasp on what a home should look like and how it should be done. This is a no brainer decision. One meeting with him will make a prospective buyer or renovator understand this.

Total kitchen remodel. Our kitchen was gutted to the drywall (studs in some areas). Home Source Custom Renovations is definitely a one stop shop. Jeff pays very close attention to every detail. He actually treated out project as if it was his own. Great vision and great recommendations. We have a bathroom remodel coming up and we will be using Home Source Custom Renovations again. I highly recommend them!!!
