This company back in 2022 was very good to deal with. they put a new roof & solar system on my home. Was very pleased then. Now I just hired them to install a new HVAC system in my home. It has been a total disaster. The Box unit was installed in the wrong location of the home the first time, I have had to get upset & get my attorney involved. Had to fight with them to get my new roof fixed, & damages done inside the house. The unit still has a problem, Was checked out by a company for the manufacturer for warranty issues. The systems computer is flashing codes for a restricted air flow issues. The company that was sent by the manufacturer can fix the issue but when I contacted the salesman Manuel Gonzales & Jesus I get no responses. All these 2 guys care about is getting your signature on the paperwork then you basically get ignored, especially if there are issues. This HVAC installation started on April 17th. The system still is not right & the company does not give a shit & their salesman Manuel & Jesus don't either. ( Recommendations to consumers, Home pro Solutions. Sells Roofing , HVAC , Water Filter Systems and other things. I have found out the company does not do the jobs themselves, except for the solar maybe. All the jobs they sell you. Are sold to other companies to the lowest bidder. Then Home Pro Solutions take their cut off the top. Word to the wise. If you need HVAC call a certified HVAC company that also does the work themselves, The same with the Roofing & other things. You will find that you estimates will be cheaper & get a better quality job. Don't depend on Manuel Gonzalez or Jesus from Home Pro Solutions. They are very unreliable. This company & their sales crew in my opinion has lost all credibility.

XThey were the most unprofessional contractors I have ever encountered. They were paid to deliver and install an oven and gas range through BestBuy. They installed the oven improperly with a 4 inns gap behind a gas stove. I told them this is a safety Hazard and they refused to fix or remove the stove. They then proceeded to aggressively step to me in my own home. After telling them to leave they took me old oven and dropped it off the back of their truck (smashing it) and left it in my driveway. I have photo and video documenting the actions of HomePro Solutions and it’s owner.

My wife and I have recently purchased a larger house and have had the opportunity now of working with Matt and his staff at Home Pro Solutions on at least 4 projects inside our home. The biggest project and the most important one, was finishing the basement in our home for our kids to play in. As any home owner would do, we took several quotes to get a feel for what a project like this was going to cost and after some discussion we arrived at Home Pro Solutions to take it on. Of all the contractors I've had the chance to work with, by far this company not only met my expecations but far exceeded them. Timely follow up and responses, coming to our house on time like they said they would, making sure that their work area was cleaned up for the day made it easy to want to work with them again and again. The quote we received was very reasonable for the entire project and has now lead us to use this company 3 other times within 12 months on other items we've needed to have done to update our home including updating part of our kitchen as well as paint work. If you're looking to have any type of home improvement done in your home, I can't stress enough how great this company was to work with. It's not often that you find someone like this who's great with the customer service and follow up as well as their craftsmanship on getting things done when they say they will get it done. I will continue to use Home Pro Solutions and have now come to the point where I can feel comfortable referring them to my friends and family here in the Buffalo, NY area. Keep up the great work. It's a breath of fresh air to work with a company who's timely and reasonable and great at what they do considering the home improvement industry can be "hit or miss" with a lot of contractors.

HomePro Solutions is a trustworthy contractor that exceeds expectations and can handle a multitude of jobs. My wife and I hired HomePro Solutions for a kitchen and bathroom remodel along with some general maintenance. They did quality work, stuck to a reasonable schedule, and kept the job site clean. Additionally, they did an exceptional job of providing details in estimates and invoices. The detail makes it easy to understand and you always know exactly what you are getting from a pricing standpoint. No surprises. I highly recommend HomePro Solutions for your next project.
