Pineapple House Interior Design

Our firm has worked with Dick Clegg and Housing Trends on seven high end homes in metro Atlanta. Five residences were new constructions, with the largest being approximately 21,000 square feet. Dick Clegg has a brilliant command of the industry. He is thorough, insightful, knowledgeable, responsive and detailed. He has a way of foreseeing and addressing potential challenges before they appear. Dick directs talented tradesmen who perform excellent work. The complex projects that Pineapple House has completed with Housing Trends have been exciting, rewarding events. Housing Trends is HIGHLY recommended!

Although our experience with Housing Trends was over 20 years ago, our design/build experience was positive in every way and we continue to enjoy our home. Most importantly, what remains after all this time is our great respect for Dick Clegg and his team. We we're treated honestly, fairly and professionally. Building a home to exactly suit our needs was a dream that Housing Trends helped us realize. To this day, we consider Dick a friend based on a relationship founded on trust and integrity. Would I build another house again? You bet! But only with Housing Trends.

HTI provided design/build services to renovate the top floor, which consisted of renovating the master bedroom, bath and closet and an additonal bedroom. New millwork was designed and installed, including built in bookcases, hardwood floors were refinished; bathroom was redesigned and enlarged. Design was inspired & completely met my needs, both in style and function; execution was efficient, professional, top quality and on budget. Any areas where budget was exceeded were due to my upgraded choices made during the project. Each sub in the project (tile, cabinetry, electric, plumbing, framing, sheetrock, paint, etc.) was top notch - expert in their field, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

Commented: What was the tile used on the backsplash?It is a classic subway tile installed in a herringbone pattern. Most tile vendors should have similar options available.
