HRH Construction Inc. has exceeded client expectations and provided the highest quality of craftsmanship on the North shore for over two decades. Founder Dave Hope created HRH Construction Inc. with a singular goal – to focus on one project, one client at a time. To build lasting relationships and undertake each project with a strong understanding of each client’s unique goals and needs. The consistent communication we have with each client allows us to carefully plan and execute a home improvement project exactly how they want it done. Our team meets with each client to understand their unique needs and remodeling vision and then work with the highest quality materials to make it a reality. Our team has years of experience in repairing structural damage due to rot and insect damage. Rot is both unattractive, and it will threaten a home’s stability if ignored.

Dave was very patient with all my questions and helped us find the best solution to reinforce the support system in our home and level the floors. His estimate was thorough with input from the plumber and the electrician, we only encountered one unforeseen cost. The pricing seemed high and it took longer to finish the project than we expected but the work was great so it was worth it.

HRH Construction is excellent. After an accident heavily damaged our 250 year old home, we contacted several contractors to help us restore and update the house. We chose HRH when it became obvious that Dave had the expertise to handle the unique challenges that come with working with antique houses. We could not have been happier with the work. Dave suggestions on how to address problems inherent to a house that age with his knowledge of how to incorporate more modern elements helped us to recreate a beautifully restored house with all the updated comforts. Most of all Dave was invaluable in helping us deal with the insurance company. Insurance companies are notorious for denying coverage but Dave gave us the tools to argue knowledgeably. His team was helpful, respectful and friendly. Throughout the project and especially when finished the entire site was cleared of all debris. I feel HRH exceeded what we expected could be done and we could not be happier with our choice during a very difficult and arduous project.

Dave Hope has done two significant projects for us. The first was a 16' x 20' three season room with a walk in storage area underneath. The second was a complete bathroom renovation. Dave is very professional and respectful of your home. They did a great job and finished as scheduled and on budget.

We entered into a fairly large renovation project with a lower level full gut and an addition. Dave advised and guided us through the entire process from the very beginning. He communicated with us every day, sent us pictures and updates. He also had alternatives and solutions for any issues that cropped up since the house was built in 1930. There really was not anything he could not handle. Because of the support beams he put in we were able to achieve the full open concept we hoped for. Both Dave and Mike do excellent, meticulous work. We would highly recommend.

If you can Imagine a perfect result! What would that look like? Well Dave Hope and his team at HRH Construction will show you! Arrives on time, daily cleanup completed - master craftmanship those are a few of the words that come to mind. The job was completed on time, on budget and well done. NOW - 17 years later - still standing, still perfect and no issues to report. Recently I found myself in need of an assist, having moved to northern NH. I was having a very hard time finding any knowledgeable Contractor's in my area to help me determine what was needed for my new Lake house...what, how to proceed? Dave came to mind - I gave him a call. He not only remembered me, he stated he would be in the neighborhood soon and could stop by! Due to his assist I was put in contact with local inspector - " who did in fact call me" and I am in touch with a new " Nice man" who will hopefully be just as great of a find as Dave Hope. We trust Dave Hope completely for all our house improvement projects. Dave took care of a structural issue we had in our old house, which involved shoring up the structure and inserting new beams on our second floor. We also asked him to gut and revamp our living room and our son's room. He has also helped us with tub leak emergencies! Dave's ethics are impeccable. He is the perfect project manager: communicative, honest and knows exactly how to set our expectations. We can always trust we are going to get it straight with him. Nothing is hidden, everything is done with proper permits and with the best quality. We were also extremely impressed with Dave's foreman, Mike. While Dave works with subcontractors at times, Mike is always at the site every day of the work and ensures that everything is taken care of properly. Mike even stays to clean up after the work every single day. Our experience has been that Dave's team works every day on the job until it is completed. We always feel like we are his only customers and he always has the interests of the project at heart. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We found our guy.

Dave and his crew are awesome!!! Their craftmanship was beyond excellent. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and trustworthy. They were on-time everyday and delivered the finished project as promised. They were also amendable to changes and willing to meet the customer's needs. They remodeled all of our 3 bathrooms and replaced the back deck on our new house. I would not hesitant to use them again. - Chris
