DO. NOT. HIRE. THIS. COMPANY. Please look up their old company GenesisPro Builders that was closed they have tons of complaints, check the better business bureau, etc.... don't get taken advantage of like we were. This company promised us a finished project in 3-4 weeks, as per our contract. We are on week 12 and we are nowhere near completion. No one has shown up for days. The owner will not call us back, text us back or email us back it has been 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of him with zero response. Their contract stipulates payment for a trade upfront so you are essentially paying for things that haven't happened yet (which I have never heard of). I trusted so I paid it, now none of it is done and we've paid $33,000 for nothing.... everything has to be redone and it looks absolutely terrible. We recently found a leak and had a 3rd party plumber come take a look who informed us that the job they did would most likely not pass inspection and that it is a cheap job where every possible corner was cut and he suggested it all be redone. The tile was done so poorly that about 2 months ago the owner himself came to look and told me "wow this is a very bad job, it all has to be redone, we'll have it done by friday". He had me get more tile and then never did anything about it... but had the guts to ask me for more money because he was "taking care of me". No tile has been touched since, weeks ago....

We've all had that ugly feeling before, that sour feeling, in the pit of your stomach, when you know that you've hired the wrong contractor to work in your home. It comes with your hands over your face as you shake your head from side to side, and everything inside you says, "Nooooooooooo!" I needed professional painting throughout my home, especially my kitchen and bathroom and new flooring in the bathroom. Poor painting quality. They should change their name to Genesis Amateur Builders. Life has its disappointments and hiring this contractor was one of them. One customer, one experience with them and certainly my last.
