We’ve hired ICON for two projects and both have turned out beautiful! Great communication from ICON throughout project and excellent craftsmanship. We’ve remodeled a bedroom with attached bathroom, and entire living area of kitchen, laundry, dining and family rooms. Major project, came in on budget. Would definitely use ICON for any future remodeling needs!

Having lived in our home since 1980, my wife and I decided it was time to freshen it up and modernize. Thus began our search for a contractor to assist us. After discussions with three contractors, we selected Icon Construction & Design for our remodel, and we are so glad we did. Having had trouble with various sub contractors in the past, we were cautious in our selection process. Those concerns were quickly put to rest upon meeting with Nick, and later owner Casey. Nick walked us through the entire process, and we had a group meeting with Casey, Nick, and our project manager, Mike, to lay out the entire scope and timeline of the project before starting. They were patient, allowing for our numerous questions and were more than willing to make adjustments to our needs in scope and timeline. That flexibility was key to assuring us that Icon would do the job we wanted. Nick introduced us to Jen, Icon’s decorator assistant, and both assisted us in all of our product and color selections. Once the project began, Mike guided the project and literally held our hand throughout the entire process. Mike always went above and beyond to make sure that any questions or concerns that we had were always addressed. You could not ask for more from a project manager than Mike. He was on speed dial for us always. We got a message weekly to outline what was happening each week, then daily to give us specifics of times and details for the next day. We were never surprised with that quality communication. It was quickly apparent to us that a good deal of care went into selecting the subcontractors that were used on our job. A grateful shout out from us goes to Brian, Jesus, Steve, Matt, Justin, Casey and their teams. They were all top notch, experts in their field. We lived in our home during the remodel, which touched every room in the house. They were so considerate of that fact. In reviewing Icon’s work, we found them to be professional and trustworthy. Their work was of high quality, and they did exactly what they said they would do and more. Unlike some of the horror stories that we had heard about contractors that did not satisfactorily complete jobs, or walked off the job entirely, they completed the job with the same level of enthusiasm and energy as when they began it. My bathroom remodel was recently completed by Icon Construction. This is my third project with Icon. My first with Josh as project manager. He was in daily contact, checked on progress in person and promptly responded to any concerns. I highly recommend Josh and Icon for any improvements you are considering for your home.

ICON Construction - Kitchen renovation Nick is the remodel consultant. Jenn is the designer coordinator. Tommy is the Project Manager. All are nice, professional and patient. A group text was set up once the work was underway. Jenn was helpful with design and color selections. Tommy is very professional, skilled and responsive. Every day he would report on the day’s progress and would let us know the schedule for the following day. He takes each project personally - he does a thorough check of the work. And if something is not to his liking, he makes sure the work is done right. The crew/ subcontractors (plumber, electrician, carpenter, painter, tiler, cabinet guy) are all so cordial and professional. They showed up on time and always cleaned up before they left. We love our new kitchen.

From the moment we met with Nick, our ICON Remodel Consultant, we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to answer all of our questions, had great suggestions, and explained that he would be guiding us in our selections for the remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Selections weren't easy, but Nick remained cheerful and patient throughout the process. Next came Mike, our Project Manager, a man who aims to please. He always had a smile on his face, made sure that everything was coordinated, and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. When we were surprised that our new bathroom fan was white and stood out, Mike took it home and sanded and painted it for us, so it would match the wall color. Three cheers to Brian, another ICON team member, who spent so much time making sure our cabinets were perfect and got stuck changing lots of doorknobs. Each and every sub-contractor that ICON used was professional, well-qualified, and always willing to make any adjustments we needed. We are very pleased with the final result and highly recommend ICON Construction.

We are very pleased with the work ICON Construction has done on our master bath. Due to a shower leak we got several quotes and chose a Clovis company. It was so nice to constantly be in contact with all of them if we had any questions or concerns. Nick and Jenn were extremely helpful during the selection of tile and plumbing materials. Mike (the project manager) was in contact with us every day. In spite of one defective plumbing part Mike jumped in and brought the necessary people in to fix the problem and there was minimal delay to the project. The tile guy, Roger, did exceptional work and I am sure that there will never be a leak anywhere in the shower. The tile is the talk and envy of our block! Each and every day the bathroom was left clean so we could still live in our master bedroom during nonworking hours. A special surprise was the house keeping service that dusted and cleaned the bedroom and the master bath at the end of the job. All of the ICON employees including the subcontractors were extremely professional and respectful. The workmanship and coordination of the job is beyond fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. A big thanks to Nick, Jenn, Mike and all of the subcontractors.

After looking at some of the previous reviews I feel like everything has been said. ICON completed a 3 bedroom 2 bath remodel in six weeks which was their exact time estimate for the project. My wife absolutely loved working with Nick on material selection and he has incredible patience. Once the construction began our Project Manager Mike was always available and immediately addressed all of our concerns. I made sure I visited with several of the sub-contractors as the project moved forward. I was impressed with the attention to detail each them demonstrated and Roger our tile installer was a wealth of information and absolutely impressive. My wife now has her dream shower and Roger made it all look incredible. As the project moved forward I had a couple of extra add-ons and Nick was great at providing me some very cost effective options. We obtained three estimates before we decided on ICON. To be honest ICON was not the cheapest but had very reasonable pricing. Probably the biggest compliment I can give ICON is that I intentionally waited three weeks to do this review just in case I had “Buyers Remorse”. My wife and I are completely satisfied and will absolutely only use ICON on any future projects. My brother is looking at a kitchen remodel and I told him if he wants 100% satisfaction call ICON!

We got various quotes to remodel our master bath; and were very happy that we chose ICON Construction. From our first contact with Chris Wolfe, we were very impressed. He listened to what we wanted, gave us good ideas and walked us through our options. Once we decided to go forward, Chris and Nick helped us choose the right materials for the job. That was only the beginning. Mike Flores oversaw the whole project and was readily available daily for questions. Each day he would let us know who was coming out and what time they would be here; and they were always on time. They did a fantastic job. They were friendly and professional, and always considerate and neat. We are so happy with our beautiful master bath; we can’t wait for ICON to start on our kitchen next.

We are beyond satisfied with everything ICON has brought to the table. The employees are extremely professional and respectful, the workmanship is beyond phenomenal, and we couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. From Chris, to Mike, Nick, and Casey, they were all the best! It was so nice to constantly be in contact with all of them if I needed. Mike (the project manager) was in contact with me often. He would let me know when someone was on their way to the house, what time they should be there, and would also text me the night before to give me a heads up on the next crew that would be coming into the house. I have always been very hesitant with letting people into my house if I wasn’t there, but this whole company seriously blew my mind! Even though both my husband and I worked during the day, we were extremely comfortable with ICON being in our house. We had two bathrooms that had extensive mold in them and ICON went above and beyond to make sure we wouldn’t ever have to deal with that issue again! We will definitely be using them again in the future. I’ve attached two of the before pictures, and then a bunch of the AFTER pictures!!!

I had ICON do a complete remodel. They tore down walls, painted, opened up my kitchen, got new doors, floors, new bathrooms carpets and appliances. We were lucky enough to have such a great crew to work with. They worked around us since we had no choice but to live thru the construction. They were all gentlemen. They cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving the premises and took their time building our house back together. They want to make sure we are getting what we paid for. Casey and Mike looked at our house as if it was their own. When the tile wasn’t laid perfectly they made them redo the work. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work. They were contractors I would feel good about telling my family and friends to choose ICON if they need any work done. It’s such a good feeling to know I can call them if I see something that might need to be looked at and they come over right away. They also welded my iron fence around my swimming pool. Thank you ICON.

Wow..a small job but excellent work. They removed a beam and opened my kitchen into my livingroom. Workers were courteous and even cleaned up after themselves. Clint even went above and beyond and offered to have a cleaning service come to my home. If I EVER need a contractor in the future, he will be my only call and I will give everyone his name.

Who can honestly say they love their contractor after the remodel is actually done? I can honestly say that after my experience with ICON Construction!! From start to finish we were never left out of the loop or had any kind of surprises. Chris came to mine and my husbands home and gave us a free estimate on our kitchen remodel. He went over cost on certain things so we knew if it was worth adding now or later as well as helped us with design options to perfect the "industrial farmhouse" look we were going for. Once the project started I dealt with Mike who was the project manager. My husband and I both worked during the day so we left a key under the mat so they could work while we were at work. Mike called me when he and the crew got to the house, gave me an overview, and then called when they left to tell me exactly what was done. He did this every single day. If we had any questions at all Mike was available 24/7. He made it so easy for us where we didn't have to worry about a thing. We even custom ordered these handles that were the wrong size but Mike and Chris were able to go out and find the exact ones in the correct size and made it so easy and stress-free for us! Also, we had dogs we were concerned about and they again took that stress off of us and made sure to let us know the days they needed access to the backyard a day ahead of time so we could have them inside the house. I can't say enough good things about ICON Construction and am already counting down the days until they can come back and we can remodel another room! This crew is totally talented, respectful, and works fast and efficient. They are true craftsmen and so talented!!!! The 3 weeks they were in my home without my husband and I there, there was nothing left out of place, nothing went missing, and at no point did we feel like we couldn't trust anyone in our house. This crew made us feel at ease and left the door locked and key hid every day. Can't wait to use them again!!!

ICON was great to work with. Chris, Corey, Mike and the whole team made sure my project went as planned. They were knowledgeable and listened to all of my needs and concerns throughout the process. I would definitely recommend ICON to anyone looking into a remodeling project.

Icon did an amazing job on my patio covers and landscaping. They finished on time and always kept great communication with me during the project. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family looking to have any remodel work done.

The drought-tolerant front yard landscaping redesign that Icon completed at my house entirely changed the look of my property. It is eye-catching and artistic, and so much more interesting than grass. The company was professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Icon stayed true to the projected timeline for completion and the budget we agreed on. The quality of the work was superior to comparable (but less creative) front yards I have seen around Clovis. I wish I had done this project years ago.

Professional with attention to quality and detail. A very pleasant experience and our deadline met. We were able to stay close to budget. Any additions to cost due to project changes were explained clearly. Communication was excellent and prompt.
