I can’t say enough nice things about Isaac and his crew. They were all first rate. The tile guys he uses were all excellent and detail oriented. I cannot be more pleased with the work done and the way the house turned out. His suggestions were spot on. I interviewed many contractors and was very glad that I chose him. His prices are reasonable, and I have recommended him to many of my friends, neighbors, and relatives.

We hired IDM after meeting Isaac and talking with him for just a few minutes! We didn’t even get any other estimates. He was so nice and knowledgeable. He knew actually what I wanted. It was a very small job for him and it wasn’t close in vicinity to his company. But, he took it on and I as so glad. He was easy to contact and always returned my text/calls within an hour. He came by the project after each phase. His subcontractors were all wonderful. Tile work is gorgeous! The custom cabinets are so beautiful too. Better than I ever imagined! I will have him remodel my kitchen when I am ready.

We recently decided to do a big remodel of our home, an exciting proposition, but also one that brought a lot of stress. It was our first time going into a renovation, which was also particularly extensive and complicated and expensive. Hiring a good contractor was an especially difficult proposition at a time when there are at least a few residential construction projects going on on every single block of our neighborhood, and the good contractors are quite busy. Furthermore, the consequences of deciding poorly could have been quite costly and deeply unpleasant. I dealt with the stress by taking my time to do a lot of research and came up with a good list of prospects. A few of the contractors were a bit arrogant, and some were ridiculously overpriced, but I guess they could afford to be. However, one contractor really spent a solid amount of time reviewing the plans and the site and listening carefully to us to fully understand what work was entailed. My impression of the quality of his character was far and away the best, and unsurprisingly, he ended up offering the most reasonable and realistic bid, and that was Isaac and IDB. From the outset, Isaac and Devorah have been very accessible, honest and fully transparent every step of the way. Isaac and his crew have always fulfilled their promises both in the work and the cost. Of course, there have been pitfalls and delays but none have been due to IDB (mostly due to rain and permitting issues), and they have handled them gracefully communicating quickly and clearly and offering good options to manage them. The work has also expanded due to our growing trust in IDB's solid work giving us greater comfort to do more with our renovation. Isaac takes full responsibility for IDB's work and is committed to making us happy. I especially appreciate that he has been diligent at reporting progress regularly. I like lots of communication! IDB has truly been the ideal contractor, and Isaac and Devorah are really good people - decent, sincere and honest. I am so grateful to have found them and have really enjoyed working with them and getting to know them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any reasonable person who needs good contracting work done. Thank you IDB!

IDB completed an extensive renovation of my house including a new addition and deck. Isaac was professional from day one and worked with us to extract value out of our existing space. His sub- contractors were excellent and the project was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. He and his team are budget conscious but not at the expense of quality. He advised us where it was worth spending more and where we could be more frugal without affecting the final project.

We've remodeled second floor unit, new floor, new kitchen and bathroom. Drywall, tiles plumbing and electric. Job completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Highly recommended.
