Extremely unprofessional. I called the IFixit Service and the handy man (Tom) showed up to give a quote on the allocated day(without calling ahead of time as I was told he would do). Based on the quote I agreed to confirm their services and was given a date two weeks later (which was a longer wait than I wanted but I figured was worth waiting for). I confirmed before the appointment and was told everything was on track. The handyman, called me the day he was supposed to show up and told me he could no longer make it. I had several other tasks lined up for next week (painting etc), for after the handyman finished. The scheduling lady then called me and said they would send someone else who would show up by 5. At 5.15 the owner called and said he would show up at 6.30. It is an outside job and would not be complete by end of day if he came in at 6.30. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever faced. I had to take a day off today and am extremely disappointed at their scheduling capabilities.
