My husband and I cannot begin to express how happy we are with our experience with Imani Quality Concepts, LLC. We visited the office and saw a few pictures displayed, which prompted us to view the gallery on the website. What I saw, further encouraged me to pass by some of the locations in person. The homes were more beautiful in person than in the photo(s). I just knew that we found our building for our forever home. Mr. Jones was amazing and went out of his way to assist my husband and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. Mr. Jones put in extra time to ensure that we were satisfied with the service we were receiving. He was reliable and dependable and put a lot of hard work into our home. Mr. Jones went above and beyond giving guidance, answering questions; making the building process stress-free and exciting. The final product far exceeded my expectations, but that was no surprise given the previous homes he’s built.

I hired Imani to build my family home. It is a project that I am more than passionate about, as I designed the home myself and have been planning to build it for 14yrs. This is our 1st time building and Mr.Jones was patient in explaining the process and answering my many, many questions. He bid my project fairly and included materials that were considered upgrades by some other custom home builders. Mr. Jones was present at every major step of my building process and I am grateful for that since his attention to detail prevented mistakes being made. His relationships with vendors and craft people allowed my project to proceed smoothly and avoided some major delays. I found Hardy to be upfront and honest. A few of my selected items, brick in particular, were long lead items. Mr. Jones explained to me the impact that my choice would have on the schedule and the budget, but left the ultimate choice to me. Same with field changes; once my home was framed, I realized that I wanted a door made wider, windows changed, and a ceiling detail added. None of this was on my plans, so it was not included in my bid from Imani. Again, he explained the impact to the schedule and to the budget, but left the choice to me. I appreciated his allowing me that freedom vs just saying no. I also appreciated the fact that he always returned calls or text messages in the event that he missed a call. I was not Mr. Jones only project under construction, at the time, but at no point did I feel like just another project. I would hire Imani again for future projects and I plan to invite them to our house warming party.

I have Designed Custom Homes for Amani Quality Concepts for over 10 years. I totally respect Hardy and his dedication and knowledge of the construction industry. His product and work ethics are 5 star!! His product is unique to the Beaumont/ Houston area and he surpasses clients wish lists.
