I can’t say enough good things about this company. From start to finish Mike and company couldn’t have been more professional and I am thrilled with my new front porch! Every team, from the demolition crew to the masons to the painters, was hardworking as well as courteous to me and my husband. Every question or concern was answered immediately. I felt comfortable with the complete staff. I would highly recommend this company and I plan to hire them for any future.

I've done a complete exterior renovation project on my property (3600 sf house) in the Fall of 2016 -- extension, siding, roof, gutters, windows, some structural repairs, etc. I hired Ingalls Custom Contracting after some on line research and mostly based on Mike Ingalls professionalism on handling the early phases of the project. Mike and his team have done an excellent job, his employees are highly qualified and any subcontracting work was handled professionally. They catered to all my requests, including any post-project follow up and answered and provided guidance on any question that I had. I am keeping in touch and Ingalls would be the first contractor to call for any future work.

Mike Ingalls built my home in 2012. I have built 5 homes over the past 30 years. The home Mike built form me is hands down the best. From top to bottom, the work was first rate. The attention to detail in my custom home, from custom cabinetry, to trim carpentry is just beautiful. Mike is excellent to deal with and was able to complete my home on schedule.

Hurricane Sandy house lift, repair, renovation. Lifted house onto helical pilings, gutted and rebuilt raised first floor that had been flooded. New electrical, HVAC, lighting, etc. All new sheet rock. Enclosed under house for parking and storage. High quality work, very good communication- phone, email, text. Definitely recommend.

I just can't say enough good things about Ingalls Custom Contracting! We first met Mike Ingalls a couple of years ago when we chose him to convert an old Krauszer's location into a dental office for my husband's practice. From start to finish, the project was flawless. Mike was such a pleasure to work with, a true professional yet very personable and always available to answer questions and put your mind at ease. We were so impressed with him that we went on to have him renovate our older home which included two complete full bathroom renovations, a laundry room re-do, a new two zone HVAC system, new flooring, new lighting, new roof and shutters and custom French doors which helped us solve an on-going temperature issue. Once again, everything was done beautifully by his team of highly skilled craftsmen who were neat, punctual, and lovely people across the board. You felt totally comfortable with these gentlemen working in your home. We are now starting to renovate another dental office using Ingalls Custom Contracting. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else! My husband and I truly can't recommend them highly enough.

Was very responsive to all phone calls and text messages. Any issues that came up very handled quickly and in a professional and competent manner. Was always available to talk. Made the whole process from beginning to end a pleasant experience and was easy to work with. There were no financial surprises at the end and we ended up with the house that we wanted.

Commented: Breezeway makeoverIf you build a gable over your existing garage, to match the main portion of your house, you would add depth to the face of it. Therefore, you could enclose with windows or French doors.
