We never seemed to connect to the business. We expected more consultation and were expected to do pretty much all of it ourselves. We asked about needed components and the list missed some items, and was incorrect, which was only discovered when I dug into it in detail and did internet research myself. When the work was done, both bathrooms had challenges - one with the cold water and one with placement of the fixtures. They offered to fix both, but the fixes required major work that we didn’t trust them to do. There were several design issues that had to be dealt with, including placement of outlets. Overall not enough attention to detail in the design. They didn’t stick with the schedule, and often only worked half days. If they had scheduled better, the work would only have taken half as long as it did. On the positive side - the tile work is beautiful.

I chose to work with him in June 2014 because of his integrity from start to finish with his projects. He does what he says with the utmost professionalism.. The quality of workmanship is unsurpassed in the industry. The entire process is clear and concise. We used them for our kitchen remodel this last summer. We had a fairly large project which included removal of a couple walls and reconfiguration of our kitchen. They did a great job. The cabinets that they make are amazing quality. I would highly recommend.

The owner, Rob was great to work with. The project was completed in a timely fashion. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.
