IC investigated and diagnosed the source of water infiltration into my house. Then Chris produced a detailed cost estimate to remove the damage and rebuild the structure. The required experts and trades were called in as needed, never missing an appointment and keeping to the established timeline. There was good communication between everyone involved and myself. The worksite was clean and orderly and all trash removed quickly. I would recommend IC for any level of home restoration or renovation.

Chris and his team did terrific work on the replacement of the caulking around all of our exterior windows and doors. We appreciated their thorough approach, prompt follow-up to our questions, proactive communication and attention to detail before, during and after the work was completed. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen/living space and upstairs bathroom. He took our vision and paired us with a kitchen designer who listened to what we wanted. They designed my dream kitchen. Chris had a vision to move a structural pillar from an eyesore spot (middle of island), to the stairwell and was able to get the engineers to approve for construction. He was able to keep budget in mind and still recommend quality products. Our upstairs bathroom turned into an luxurious bathroom that seems more spacious and up to date! I cannot rave enough about his teams too! Brett and his team were very communicative and always so polite/considerate when we were on site, or when we moved back into home with our 1 yr old. The painters, Luke and Ray, were also very communicative and were happy to do touch ups when asked. I'm sure there were more people, but these were the ones I got to know the best while living at the house at the end of the construction. This project was the biggest we've done to date, and I'm so glad we had Chris and Integrated Contracting helping us remodel our home.

Chris and his team converted a bungalow to a duplex. Full gut and renovation upstairs and downstairs. He and his team were professional and courteous and all their work was high quality and timely. Definitely planning to hire them again.

I hired Integrated Contacting to renovate my condo apartment kitchen. Without reservation I would hire them again. Chris and his team made the entire experience about making sure I was entirely happy with the result, and that the job was done "right". The final look of a project is up to the customer and designer. But how well the renovation is carried out is the job of the contractor. Chris's team exceeded my expectations in this regard. I had the misfortune of starting my project just as the third wave of COVID19 was peaking. This was a challenging time at best because the whole construction industry supply chain was fraught with shortages and delays. Chris was honest with me the whole time about what could be accomplished and on what time frame. I was really impressed that every time I noticed some small thing that needed fixing, Chris and Brett had already noticed it and had a plan to solve this issue no matter how small or large. The level of communication was exceptional. That truly inspires trust in a contractor. Chris and Brett also went above and beyond by finding potential problems before they were a problem. When installing something according to plan was going to cause a problem, they quickly had a new and better plan. They found innovative solutions to every challenge that came our way. That is the mark of a true professional. Brett, the project manager deserves special credit.His attention to detail, and follow up on all aspects of the project was remarkable. My sincere thanks goes to the whole integrated team for making my first large renovation project a complete success and a fun experience.

I asked Integrated Contracting to give me a quote on replacing the roof of an investment property that I own. The quote was quite reasonable. As I was leaving for Europe and would be gone 3 weeks I asked if the job could be done once I returned. While away I received a message saying that they had an opportunity to do it now if I wanted. I gave the go ahead and came back to a finished job. Throughout the process they sent me pictures and asked for clarification. I couldn’t be happier with the end result and the level of customer service! I will not hesitate to use them again.

We hired Chris and his Team to renovate a 1500 Sq Ft Condo. Chris assured us throughout the daunting task of renovating our new home and he kept the stress level low by constantly checking in with his team, reviewing daily work loads and reviewing quality control.
