We had an unfinished room that we decided to convert into a bed room. We went on Angi to search for a competent and energetic contractor willing to do the job. Ismerio Construction responded immediately. They sent out a Umberto - who spoke perfect English - to review the plans and make the bid. It was within our budget and work started a week or two later. The Ismerio team was professional in every way. They did a great job and the finished product was above expectations. Highly recommend them for your next project.

Ismerio Construction was amazing to work with. We hired them on recommendation from a friend to replace our dining room floor and subfloor, and repair water damage in the walls. They did the work quickly, they went the extra mile in sealing cracks around our house to prevent future water damage, they used quality materials, they kept us up-to-date on the project each step of the way, and they cleaned up afterward. The office staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

This letter is to let you know how pleased and satisfied we are with Ismerio Construction. We had used Ismerio in the past when we had flooding in our basement. They solved the problem and repaired everything to look just like new. Our next project was to convert our kitchen and living room into one large area. We had to remove part of the drop ceiling and take out two walls. Then we had a beam installed. All the old tile flooring was removed and replaced with nice vinyl flooring. We had a new sink, faucets, cabinets, and Quartz countertops and backsplash installed. We also completely remodeled one bathroom, converting a bathtub into a walk-in shower, and installing a sink, faucet, cabinets, countertops, and mirror. In the master bathroom we had a new sink, faucet, cabinet, countertop, and mirror installed. Francisco was very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He always let us know when he would be there, and what they were doing. He would alert us to any delays, and there were very few. They were also willing to work weekends if needed. We are incredibly happy with the results. Everything looks fantastic. I highly recommend Ismerio for your projects. - Dave (Sensitive Information Hidden)
