Jeremy was a great contractor to work with and we had such a positive remodeling experience. He worked hard throughout the estimation process to listen and understand our needs and didn’t try to oversell us on additional items. He supplied us with a very good estimate that addressed all our concerns. Throughout the construction process, Jeremy and his team were great with communication: estimating when different phases were going to be completed and what minor inconveniences we would experience within each phase. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a sink for doing dishes for an extra week while waiting on cabinets and countertops. The final project finished on time and exceeded our expectations. He listened to our concerns/ideas and really brought that vision to life. His estimate was almost exact to the final bill with the only difference being change orders we had requested. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone doing a renovation that wants quality work at a good price.

Jeremy was very great to work with to fix wood rot on the front of our house. He kept us up to date with every step of the way. There was more damage that initially thought. He did a great job of telling all possible scenarios. In the end him and his crew were able to fix everything very well. I very much appreciated his responsiveness to all questions and quality work.

J&M replaced the cedar floor & rails on our deck with composite boards & an aluminum powder coated rail. They also screened in the deck & added screen door. We really appreciated that if they had an idea on making the end product look better, they would suggest & then do what ever we decided. The entire project only took about 7 days and they did a great job. I highly recommend them. Great job & honest people.

J and M was very quick in getting an estiimate to us and following up on our questions and concerns. We ran into a problem when I was doing some prep work for the job. They came right over, reviewed the problem and told me how they could help out. We had such trust in these guys that we allowed them to to do all the work while we were out of town. We received one call, asking us a question during the process. When we returned home the work was nearly done and are enjoying it now. We were very pleased and have already made recommendations to our neighbors.

Jeremy was awesome. He was great at communicating during the quoting process as well as once he was awarded the work. He was always very polite, thorough, professional. He did great work and didn't over quote on anything when he knew there might be a better and less expensive way to get the job done. We are extremely happy with the deck project Jeremy and his crew did for us. His name was on our list to call for estimates because of our daughters high recommendation for the project she had done by J&M. We heard back from most of the estimations but Jeremy was the only one who took the time to actually come over and physically look at what we needed with me. He was hands on and personal from the get go. He was honest about timing for startup because of the frequent rains and his bid was very competitive. The was professional and polite and they were here when they said they would be here. The project took a 1/2 day longer than anticipated but the rainy weather was discussed prior to the work and we understood that. The guys picked up every day and kept the yard from being a mess. There weren't any cost overages, except when I changed an original request and Jeremy let me know the new price and he kept to it. We are very happy with the project and we have already talked to him about new jobs on our home.

J and M did a complete bathroom addition for us and it was near perfect. They communicate effectively, are punctual, and they do what they say they will do. Jeremy is smart and innovative too. We had some challenges to work with in our space and he was able to navigate difficulties speedily. They were in and out in less than three weeks. I would highly recommend the J and M crew. Also, their price was midpoint of the bids and it was worth paying a little extra for their great service and communication. Follow thru is really good.
