I had jem construction do a roofing job for me. During the sell of my home the inspector identified several issues with the roof relating to poor install and wrong application on flat roof over my patio. I contacted the city to see if their inspector had the same notes. Jem construction never pulled a permit for the work therefore no inspection was ever done. I contacted jem and over some discussion he agreed to fix the areas of concern. After weeks of going back and forth with him over sending a crew i ended up having to pay another contractor to fix it. Jem is very dishonest and do not stand behind their work.

350156 is their license number. I hired them to do some work on my kitchen and to hang screen doors. They went out of their way to fix everything quickly and cleanly. Not only that my fence was starting to fall and they fixed that also. I do not have the skills or the time to do house projects. It is nice that I can just hire someone who I can trust to do them for me and in a timely manner. They were very nice and respectful. I will keep hiring them for my household upkeep.
