Jaccard Construction

Jaccard Construction just completed a excellent major home remodel job (both inside and outside) for our family in the Fox Den subdivision. The quality of the work was extremely good. Remodeling a 40-year-old home brings challenges, and the team made several great recommendations on the project, which not only improved our plan but also saved us money! We had several custom carpentry items done, including two beautiful barn doors that were added, and the brickwork to improve the patio and correct the stairs leading to the front porch was phenomenal. The remodel work included all floors and ceilings, new lighting throughout the house, a total kitchen and pantry remodel, 3 bathrooms were remodeled, including the addition of a new stand-alone tub an a large master shower, and beautiful shiplap was added in several areas to make this "old" home new again, without losing its character. On the outside, in addition to the patio and front porch update, Hardie board was added to the outside, along with a new gutter system to complete the job. The Jaccard team was very flexible in letting us add to the scope of the job as our vision for the house grew, and we really appreciated the talent of the entire team! Small company but big-time capability. I have used Jaccard Construction for two remodel jobs and they have done exactly what I asked both times. They made great recommendations that actually cost no more money and made both projects come out better than my expectation. They can do any level of project and their finish work is impeccable.

He did a major Kitchen remodel that required knocking out a wall and replacing everything. He did a very good job. I a very pleased with all of the work except the drywall which I think he may have subcontracted out, but there are multiple areas with nail raised showing and corners near entry doors are terrible. But all around he is great to work with.
