J&N Construction

J&N Construction was incredible to work with for our new home construction build. We live in a historic district so the team had to follow careful parameters dictated by our architect to meet guidelines. Their service is honest, transparent, professional and expert on every level. We were always kept in the loop about budget shifts and if anything needed to be fixed they made it right. When we spoke with our cabinet maker about working with Jeremy McGowan and his team at J&N construction, they commented that they work with hundreds of contractors and that Jeremy and J&N are only one of a handful they'd recommend to do a construction project. We are extremely happy. J&N does not just build and walk away. They stand by their product and are available when needed to address any follow up concerns. We are so happy with how our new home turned out and will use J&N for any construction needs in the future. They're the best!

J&N pretty much renovated our entire home. They added a 200 square foot family/dining room, installed a fourth bathroom, reorganized our kitchen, and put in a stone patio out front. The quality of their work was excellent and always in budget and on time. We recommend J&N without reservation, and we will definitely use them again for future projects.

We used J&N for a complete gut / remodel of a 90 year-old house in North Asheville. They did a terrific job. This was during COVID, so there were all the normal challenges of a major construction project, plus the added issues of supply chain, sub-contractor availability, etc. The team navigated these challenges admirably. J&N has a very professional internal team of supervisors and contractors, and good relationships with the top subcontractors. Beyond being professional, they are simply nice folks to work with. The result was simply superb, and we continue to receive many compliments on our new home. We would highly recommend them for any project.
