Working with Jazz was a surprisingly great experience. I have never worked with a contractor or had any major construction done at my home, so I did have some concerns about the process of finding the right team to remodel our bathroom. Jazz is friendly and accommodating. Doris, Elder, and the rest of the group were warm and reassuring during our communications. They laid everything out for us in terms of expectations and spoke to us like partners rather than just another source of revenue. Jazz quickly made it evident that we could trust him throughout this process, and he and his team blew my expectations out of the water. Communicating with them was a breeze and nearly instantaneous. He eased our concerns about the time frame and accommodated our last-minute changes. The finished bathroom looked beautiful. The pricing was great, and they finished ahead of schedule. I would certainly use their services in the future and I would absolutely recommend his company to my friends and family.

I have had an awesome experience with Jazz and the team is realizing our dream house. Jazz is very professional, flexible, and gives attention to the details. He made us so comfortable through the planning process, listening to each feedback. His team helped us with the entire kitchen remodel, new bathroom, flooring, lights, painting, etc. They did a fantastic job and very flexible for inputs during the whole process. A very friendly team and does the work as a family. I really enjoyed working with them and would certainly recommend them. Not to forget, the way Jazz and team is helping me after move-in is the icing on the cake. A big shoutout to Jazz’s team!

We hired Jazz Homes & Edal Construction for a complete kitchen reno/expansion. The entire process was smooth and easy. We were able to quickly make an appointment with Ijaz for an estimate and he was thorough in discussing all the costs involved. The estimate he provided was detailed and precise, which made making adjustments easy so we stayed on budget. Elder worked patiently and meticulously to meet all our requirements and the results exemplify his hard work. The crew was on the job on time, every day and finished within the time promised. Communication was always excellent-calls and texts were returned promptly. We are thoroughly happy with the outcome and will definitely hire again for our next project!

Ijaz and the staff was great to work with. Doris was the project manager for my house and she did a great job keeping everything on schedule and was very accommodating. Price was great and the overall outcome was beautiful! Ijaz worked with me to make adjustments to keep the price where we needed it to stay on or as close to budget as possible. They did a complete gutting of my kitchen, new floors, cabinets, countertop, ceiling, upgraded electrical, new windows, insulation, spackling and painting the entire house (except for 2 bedrooms), and installed some bathroom fixtures all in less than 2 weeks! This was perfect because I was prepping to rent the property, but ultimately decided to sell it! The sale of the house was so quick and everyone loved the kitchen! Ijaz was easy to stay in contact with via phone/text and met me on site to review things a few times since the house was vacant and I wasn't there every day. Of course there were changes and a couple hiccups throughout the renovations, but when has any renovations with that amount of work not has a few issues? Ijaz and Doris were on top of any item I brought to them and quickly worked to remedy it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have any of the above type of work done in their house!
