We can't say enough positive about Jette Custom Builders. First, they were highly communicative. From estimates through completion they always answered our emails, calls, and texts quickly. Second, their estimate was accurate and exactly what we ended up paying for the job despite us making a few minor changes/additions. Third, they demonstrated great a work ethic. They showed up when they said they would and worked full days. They even finished the job one day early. Lastly, Jeff (owner) was a great professional to work with. He oversaw the project at every stage and did major parts of the work himself. He's not the type that will just assign an employee to do a job and never show up to see what is going on. He was on top of our project at all times despite having other projects going on at the same time. Overall, this was one of the best remodeling experiences we've had - wish we would have found them years ago!

I had Jett Constructional do a full remodel of my house. Everything was on time and I love my "new" house. From the floors to kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Jeff recommended a counter top place where I paid direct, floors came from Cali flooring and I ordered samples which allowed me to make a great decision; Jeff has a contractor discount. Jeff was great to work with on different options and made it easy to work with. Then I contacted Jeff again for a backyard decking and the work was done quick and very professional. All of the work that JEff has done was to my liking and very responsive and professional. I have recommended him to friends who have used him also.

Jette Custom Builders remodeled a bathroom at a friend's condo. Our friends raved about how happy they were with their new bathroom. Our friends said they would certainly refer & use Jette Custom Builders again... We called Jette Custom Builders!!! They were awesome! They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed the bathroom project early and exactly on budget! They were so good, we used them a second time for the master bathroom and bedroom. Again, they did exactly what they said they would do: arrived on schedule, completed the job early & on budget... and the best part is their work is phenomenal!!! Jeff & crew exceeded our expectations!

Great Condo Refresh with Jette Custom Builders Our small beach condo renovation with Jette Custom Builders included total kitchen layout, flooring throughout, and bathroom refresh. Jeff Davolt and team professionally managed all the work from floor to ceiling, demo, new layout, install of cabinets, countertops, flooring, electrical, plumbing, new water heater, and appliances. The condo is used personally and as a weekly rental unit, so budget, timing, durability, and quality were all key considerations. Jeff gave options and ideas to meet needs and budget goals. Once selections were made, he ensured that the materials were ordered and shipped to his warehouse for staging. This allowed the project to start on time with all materials in hand. Despite a few surprises and scope increase, Jeff finished on time. Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Jeff told us what he would do and then got it done. There were several special requirements to meet condo rules. Jeff satisfied all of these requirements with positive feedback from the site manager. I highly recommend Jette Custom Builders. We were extremely pleased with the final, high quality results.

Where to begin! This group of guys blew us away. They are a one-stop shop (like literally, they can do anything) and an absolute joy to work with. Not to mention, this is a father-(step)son company. Nothing like supporting a family and locally owned business. Respecting the Mon-Fri busy work life, they were willing to meet with us on a Saturday (without hesitation) to discuss renovation options. Within a day we had an extremely detailed and broken-down quote with expected costs of every type of material, labor, demo process, etc. They were open to letting us take on some projects we felt we could handle ourselves (like painting walls and cabinets, installing new light fixtures, etc.) and were happy to have us as involved in the project as we wanted to be. We had their recommendations to lean on while also having full autonomy to customize the renovations to exactly what we wanted. They also gave us a heads up on what to pick out in advance to avoid the COVID supply chain back up. Once the project started (which happened within a matter of weeks), this crew was working sun-up to sun-down to get it done as soon as possible (without intervening on our home life). We were doing the renovations while living in our home and they kept us as comfortable as possible! They did daily clean ups, never left any trash, hauled away all debris every day rather than having an ugly dumpster in our yard, etc. to the point where our neighbors were impressed because from the outside you would never know our home was a construction zone. These guys did an incredible amount of work within a very short time frame (ripping out and replacing flooring, tubs, plumbing, countertops, demoing walls, new lighting, adding outlets, re-facing our fireplace, patching ceilings, tilework, trim work, etc.) and never showed an ounce of negativity, even when things didn’t go as planned. They went out of their way to facilitate our countertop installations after a few hiccups with our countertop company and were at our house to represent us when we couldn’t be there. They made sure the countertop company got the job done and corrected any mistakes… Talk about having a client’s back! Had we not had the countertop issue, I’m convinced everything would have been done start to finish in 2 weeks. Putting the strong work ethic, efficiency, and loyalty aside, these guys are also artists of “delicate demo.” They were able to blow out a wall in our kitchen and modify our cabinets for a farmhouse sink without having to replace the cabinets (with the understanding they will be painted anyway). Never did I have to ask for something to be fixed or re-done – if it wasn’t perfect, they took it upon themselves to make it perfect without question. I can’t believe how seamless our kitchen ceiling and walls look! They even replaced our entire attic door/ladder as a courtesy because the rickety old thing broke while they were walking up it. THANK YOU! We seriously love you guys!

Jeff is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. He was always quick to respond via text or phone call, he showed up for the job every day, he did great work and was reliable. We plan on using him for all our home remodel projects. If you are in need of a contractor, Jeff with Jette Custom Builders is your guy!

He did a great job on my deck and we ran into some bumps but it was handled professionally. He completed in about a day and put the finish touches the next day even in the rain. Had several neighbors stop by just to ask me about the deck and say they really like it.

So fantastic! Demolition was so clean and neat! He arrived promptly everyday! His lines were so straight! Tile work impeccable! He is doing another job for us as soon as we are ready! Highly recommend! Can do it all!

I had extreme termite damage to the house, including a 24 foot load bearing beam. We didn't know the extent of the damage behind the siding and behind the sheet rock. I contacted Jette Builders. They answered my email request promptly, and agreed to review my requirements and visit onsite. So before we awarded the job, my contact with them was excellent. They answered email, phone calls, showed up on time, answered all my questions, and provided an estimate and a list of references. I awarded the contract with them. They were very flexible to work around my schedule. When they arrived they got to work. While I thought the load bearing beam would be a problem, it was evident they were well experienced with this level and complexity of work. After the beam was replaced, they began to remove the siding. They continued to remove siding until they were sure they found all the damage to the support structure. They then replaced the damaged support material, including damaged material that was substandard by a previous contractor. After the support structure was fixed, they installed new siding, repaired/replaced sheet rock, painted and cleaned up. They were professional at all times, they were well experienced and knowledgeable and it was high quality effort. I will be contacting them for my next job and I highly recommend Jette Custom Builders.

From time I met Jeff he was courteous., caring and Totally understood what I needed done! Finished in. Week and love my new bathroom!!already he will be helping me with several other projects!! Also, Jeff cleans up everyday! And especially at The end of his work!!

This contractor helped me achieve my dream kitchen with great attention to detail. Took my outdated 1969 kitchen into the 21st century. He provided detailed cost breakdown for each part of the project. He is very professional and always on time. Highly recommended

Jette Construction designed and built a custom 25' x 30' deck that matched our modern craftsman house. Jeff provided drawing of the deck which was very helpful being a visual person. I have never seen a deck like the one he built us. Jeff is a conscientious, thoughtful and trust worthy professional. He showed us all receipts and explained in details his plans to ensure we were all on the same page. I highly recommend Jeff and we plan to use Jette Contracting again for an upcoming project.
