Do you expect a contractor to deal with issues after they get paid? If so, do not deal with this company once they have your money it's good bye to you. VERY DISHONEST!!!

We have worked with Hassan from JNH Construction Co. for exterior house painting and for a gut rehab for a shower. We enjoy working with him and his prices are reasonable. For both projects, his workers showed up reliably and cleaned up when the jobs were finished. The exterior paint job was neatly done with minimal spillage. During the shower installation, a couple serious structural mistake were discovered and the workers had to fix the mistakes and pour the cement floor a second time. However, the final results were excellent and the shower looks fantastic.

I found JNL construction by accident while looking for something else on Yelp. The reviews were very good so I called them. Hasan and I made an appointment for a few days later. He listened as I explained what I wanted. He described in explicit detail what could be done to remedy the situation concerning the brownstoning of the stoop and cementing beneath the stoop. At his point I had already had several price quotes and description from other vendors. Hasan’s description and price was by far the best. We set a start date for 3 weeks later. Hassan’s contract was in detail as was discussed. His payment plan was even better: 10% at the signing of the contract, 40% at the start of the project, 40% midway through the project, and 10% upon completion. Unbeknownst to him, this made the project even more affordable because it would take a few weeks to be completed. Additionally, he gave a timetable/estimate of how many days the work would take (depending on the weather) as well how the work would be divided into sections. Hasan came with his workers on the very first day and outlined what was to be done. He would come on a daily basis unannounced (I think) to inspect and examine completed work. His level of professionalism, skills set, and competence is unmatched by any other contractor that I have come in contact with. Hassan’s workers have an excellent work ethic. They report to work in promptly and begin to work immediately. They are prepared to work complete with the appropriate materials and tools. As you watch them work one can see they are well versed in their profession. They work proficiently, diligently, skillfully, neatly, and quietly. They were very accommodating and followed requested specifications exactly. Each day they left the area they worked on spotless. I would hire them again and I strongly recommend JNH Construction Co.

I wanted to build a dream kitchen and was under contract with a different company, stressing about my budget. My decision to break up the work is how I discovered JNH. I had planned to use them to do the smaller items to save money. Hasan visited my home and asked to see the scope of work to ensure that his work would not interfere with the other construction.He reviewed my previous invoice and pointed out that I was unethically being charged 8.25% sales tax on a capital investment which had added thousands of dollars to my bill. Integrity. Ethics. Honesty. Respect for my budget. He assured me that for the amount that I was paying, my entire apartment could be redone and I hired him immediately.JNH is building my dream kitchen, and I am getting nothing short of the finest attention to detail. Walk in closet, pocket doors, Floors, scrape and paint all doors and window sills, crown molding, demolition, custom cabinetry, custom island, replacing lighting, re-skim the ceiling, paint,lighting, plumbing and electric - all for the same price that the other company was going to charge me just to do my kitchen. His team is accommodating, respectful, always on time and I was impressed with the amount of work they were able to do in just a few days. He is responsive, always available to answer questions, issued me a rendering and is sticking to my budget. I cannot recommend JNH highly enough.

Hasan was very professional and I hire him again for another project. His workers and team did a great job on my brownstone steps. They were very professional and detail oriented on their line of work from start to finish. I will call them in the future if there are any other renovations that needs to be done on my house. The price on labor and materials were fair after estimates.
