Joe and his team recently helped us renovate the kitchen in our new home, and we were extremely happy. Joe was communicative, creative, effective, and an incredible value. Joe was committed to doing the work the right way and explaining everything that was going on. He was undaunted in the face of unexpected challenges, and he helped us with other projects that came up during his time. I cannot recommend Joe enough.

Based on the recommendation of a neighbor we contracted with Joe Gregory to manage the major renovation of our home in 2014/15. The components of our extensive project included the complete gutting of the existing kitchen, media room, guest bath, and exterior multilevel deck, plus selective demolition in the master bath. The kitchen was totally rebuilt with new flooring, cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops, lighting, and significant expansion of the space with construction of three new bump-outs. A large (nearly 400 square feet) screened porch was constructed with multiple skylights, a mini kitchen with a built in gas grill, exhaust hood, sink and two gas burner cook tops. A large media/library room over the garage was completely renovated to include foam insulation in exterior walls and ceiling, new lighting, bookcases, and a mini kitchen entertainment area with a bar sink. The guest bath was renovated to include replacement of the tub with a new shower complete with a glass door and glass partition, new porcelain plank flooring, a vanity, lavatory, toilet, and lighting. A new floating vanity, double sinks, lighting, linen closet door and a new toilet were installed in the master bath. The extensive nature of our project and the fact that it encompassed all areas of our home while we were still living in it made this a very challenging project for any contractor, but it was made even more challenging with the fact that my wife is an architect with a very critical eye who was present every day overseeing the project. We are extremely satisfied with the results of the project. Joe Gregory and his crew and subcontractors did excellent work in every aspect of the project. The craftsmanship was excellent as was the attention to detail. They made certain that work areas were clean after each day's work. Joe Gregory is one of the most thorough and professional contractors I have ever dealt with. From start to finish of a project Joe and those who work with him inspire confidence in you that everything will be done in a timely manner and done well. Joe has been the general contractor for all five of my bathroom renovations. I love to tell everyone how he "doesn't even leave dust after the demolition."

Mr. Gregory finished off the addition to our house. He gutted existing garage and completely finished it from foundation to roof. Above the garage he created a luxurious master bathroom and attached sitting room. He is trustworthy and finishes all the details beyond what you expect. He has high standards! We will definitely use him when we redo our kitchen.

Joe Gregory and his subcontractors have been superlative in their renovation end repair work in our house. They renovated our guest bathroom between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2014, gutting the room and installing a new tub, commode, lights, floor and bath tiles, a recessed niche in the bath wall, bath accessories, granite vanity top, and reusing only the vanity at our request. Joe met our very tight timeframe for our company arriving just before Christmas. Joe’s coordination with his subcontractors and with us was excellent and the work was executed on his coordinated schedule. Everybody who worked on the project followed Joe’s guidance, keeping the jobsite, in the core of our home, clean and organized and insured that we were warned in advance of any unusual noise or intrusive work. We were very pleased with the overall effort, and called him in October 2015 when water began seeping onto the bedroom ceiling from a roof failure at the adjacent chimney. He removed interior wall surfaces and diagnosed the failure, then coordinated roofing and masonry subcontractors to correct the failure. When the corrections were made, he returned to finish the ceiling and wall repairs. We have made initial contact for Joe Gregory to renovate our master bathroom in the near future. (I have two photos to attach, but cannot find any way to attach them!)

My husband and I have had Joe Gregory do several projects for us. A major one was rebuilding our screened in porch and attic and upstairs bathroom after a hurricane dropped a very large tree on our house. The work that he and his crew did was superb. He respected our privacy, he cleaned up before leaving each day, and his work was very precise. Rafters in the attic, roofing, a whole bedroom and porch had to be replaced. Mr Gregory does great work. He offers useful insights into the best solutions for jobs. The attention to detail really sets Joe apart from the rest of the pack. His crew is professional and he runs a clean jobsite. He has performed work for me on historical structures and understood those regulatory requirements. That was very helpful.
