I am a 3rd Generation Contractor. My father continues to run his family Construction Business in Michigan and has been doing so for over 50 years. I was a Licensed Contractor in Michigan for over 20 years. My family and I moved down to Ramrod Key in August of 2016. I had been working for a large, respected General Contractor since we moved down. Upon returning home after the evacuation from IRMA,, my wife and I realized that I needed to get my license in Florida. We have seen so much devastation with so few honest, licensed contractors. We’ve seen hard working friends living down here, needing help with their homes and receiving limited return phone calls from busy licensed contractors. I’ve seen horrible work completed by workers trucked down from the mainland that had no business offering services that they were not qualified to perform. My name is Jerry Holcomb. My wife is a teacher for Monroe County, 2 of our 5 kids attend Key West High School. The other 3 are in College. or have graduated. We live here and we are proud to be a part of the community.
