JS Builders is an excellent general contractor and I highly recommend them! I had an emergency repair that required backhoe work as well as electrical and plumbing. Joktan took care of everything quickly, professionally and with great attention to details. I am very pleased with the results! In fact I will have JS Builders come back in spring of 2021 for a new planned project.

JS Builder recently remodeled our master bathroom. The crew was very professional and did excellent work. We liked their work so much we having them remodel our kitchen.

Project was to partial rebuild our home after the fires of 10/08/17 at a projected cost of 300,000.00. As of today 5/04/19 we are approximately 60 days away from moving back in. Over the course of the project JS Builders performed as timely as we could get money from our insurance company. Their work was professional with a high degree of quality. Joktan's knowledge of construction techniques, and insurance companies polices was seller. Finally he is a person of high ethics, good family man and wonderful personality.

JS Builders removed and replaced shingle siding on our two story 1890's vintage ranch house. Our home is located on two acres surrounded by vineyards in the Napa Valley. This is where my mother was raised and has been in our family since the 1930's. Work on old homes can be difficult considering what can surface as the layers are pulled back during construction. I can't say enough about the good work provided by Joktan and his crew. They were extremely easy to interact with and Joktan provided all the right guidance needed to get us seamlessly through the process. We had a situation that prompted completion by a certain deadline and Joktan was completely accommodating by adding the right crew members to accelerate the progress as needed. We ended up with an excellent finish product. Subsequent to the siding work, we experienced an upstairs bathroom plumbing leak that caused significant damage to the downstairs living area ceiling. Once again, JS Builders came to the rescue and provided a timely and professional repair. I highly recommend there services.

JS Builders were amazing to work with. Joktan was respectful of our budget and made major suggestions to help keep us on track. His employees were courteous and knowledgeable and I'm unbelievably blown away at the outcome of their work and the efficiency in which they completed the project. Our 16×9ft deck came out perfect and we are ready to host family and friends. Thank you Joktan.

Joktan is a friendly, hardworking builder. He has great ideas and is up to date with his profession. He can make things happen and will listen to what his clients desire. He is very easy to work with and willingly makes corrections. He is reasonable about making changes. I would hire him again in the future, if needed.

We had a wall repaired in June 2016, the job was very well done, took care of the old leaks, so when our house burned on October 9th, in the Tubbs fire my first call was to them to begin conversations about rebuilding. Jockston was very thorough in all his advice . Our lot is clean within the county requirements, and his advice about saving the foundation was spot on. We are satisfied with the recommendations and the follow up .

Joktan with JS Builders is extremely professional, organized and efficient. He had great ideas for the project, including a shiplap wall, stone floors in the bathroom, kitchen design and installation, and hardwood throughout the downstairs. All work was executed flawlessly. My experience with JS Builders has been completely positive. I found Joktan to be understanding, caring and willing to work with me on my three projects. He provided professional knowledgeable contacts to assist in the re-building process; i.e. Architect, Structural Engineering, soils testing lab and went to bat for me with the Insurance Adjuster to ensure I obtained the settlement I was rightfully due. I initially used JS Builders to remove the debris from two properties after the Tubb’s fire; here in Northern California. His team was exceptional. The JS Builder’s team was thorough with a high level of integrity. Not only were the lots readily cleared IAW EPA standards, with minimal soil loss, but both lots came in under the expected insurance budgeted amount; allowing for more of the insurance settlement to be used for rebuilding. Army Corp of Engineers required at minimum of 5% for the work and Joktan came in lower, faster and sooner. Further, his team found, among other items, a silver dollar collection during the removal process. We were completely unaware that this valuable collection existed. His team brought these coins to us even after I had clearly stated to JS Builders that there was nothing more worth keeping in the pile of ash…boy I was wrong. Can’t say enough about Joktan and his team as we move forward on rebuilding. JS Builders is a great General Contractor who knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Joktan and his team for any project that needs a highly qualified and dedicated contractor.

Joktan is one of the finest and most knowledgeable General Contractors I have met across the US. He is extremely talented and trustworthy. When Joktan says he will do something then you can count on it getting done and ON TIME!
