We had a fantastic experience working with Jun on our master bedroom and bathroom remodel. What started as a bathroom and bedroom renovation eventually grew into more work because we were so happy with the quality of his team’s craftsmanship. We ended up having him build our custom range hood cover as well, and it turned out beautifully. One thing that really stood out throughout the project was the communication. We weren’t always on the same page initially, but every conversation felt collaborative. It never felt like we had to fight for what we wanted or worry that we were being talked into something. Instead, it felt like we were working toward the same goal, and we always found a solution we were both happy with. Jun is not the cheapest contractor, but we never felt nickel-and-dimed. There were multiple occasions where I changed my mind about design ideas, and Jun was always patient, flexible, and willing to adapt without making it feel like a burden. There were also plenty of times when we were simply tired of making design decisions after looking at so many options. Whenever that happened, Jun was happy to step in with thoughtful recommendations that kept the overall design cohesive and maintained a high standard. Having someone whose judgment we could trust made a huge difference. Another thing we really appreciated was that the project stayed on schedule. Even when we caused delays because of our own tile purchasing and shipping timeline, Jun worked around those issues and kept everything moving without frustration. He was accommodating and helped minimize the impact of those delays. The biggest compliment we can give is that we expanded the scope of the project while it was already underway because we had so much confidence in Jun and his team. The custom range hood cover is now one of our favorite features, and it turned out just as beautifully as the bedroom and bathroom. In the end, our master bedroom and bathroom turned out exactly how we wanted—and honestly, even better. Just as important, the remodeling process was far smoother and more enjoyable than we expected. Jun is an excellent contractor with experience in engineering and design. Jun built a modern deck with lightings features, railing, and custom made ramp for wheelchair access. Jun exceeded my expectations and finished the project in a timely manner. Jun is a detail oriented contractor and highly recommended for any home improvement projects.

Jun helped us remodel 2 bathrooms and installed wood floor throughout. We are quite pleased with the process and outcome. Process: Jun was not the cheapest but easiest contractor to work with. He took initiative to provide ideas, color scheme and sent product links for us to evaluate and purchase. He even took us to local stores to shop for flooring and bathroom tiles. Clearly he enjoyed it more than I did discussing with my wife on selections :}. He installed auto sensing light without us asking for it. We wanted to have minimum involvement in this project and leave it to him to make recommendations. It worked out great and it was worth every penny, considering the time/energy we saved from having to babysit the project. BTW, the project was fully permitted which Jun guided us through in a cinch. We are no-longer "afraid" of city inspector :} Outcome: We are putting the house on the market for sale and we have received many compliments on the renovation (the design, the quality, etc). Summary: If you need a quality GC who enjoys working on your project and who pays attention to details (so you do not have to), then Jun is your man. Do not choose the cheapest as you will end up paying more for it!

Jun helps us with the flooring in our condo in San Francisco city. He did excellent job!!! First and most importantly he got all necessary licenses and insurances that could pass our strict HOA assessment. During the whole process, he is easy to communicate with, and provides many valuable and prefessional suggestions. He came right away and found good solutions whenever we had questions or requests. We are very satisfactory with his work done and will definitely contact him again if we any any need in the future!!!!

Not only did he provide great suggestions to our remodeling plan, he also provided drafts and pictures so we can better visualize our plans.
