I wanted to share my excellent experience working with Peter and his crew. They were highly informative, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job fixing the damaged garage on the house we are selling. We enjoyed working with them so much that we will definitely use their services again to build our in-law suite. There is truly no point in wasting time with anyone else—they are the best all around.

I have owned in the Greenville area for 6 years. Retired General Contractor from Key Largo Fl., build high end 5,000 sf or larger homes. I interviewed numerous local contractors, some showed up, some didn’t. When Kamanski rep showed up, I could tell Andray had real experience and not just talk. It’s a family business, the father is an exceptional carpenter as are some of his sons. I don’t think the father is still working with them. But I have used them to basically redo every room in my house, except for the master bedroom. We raised the ceiling in the breakfast room and added beams. They redid two full bathrooms, Coiffered ceilings in the great room, add crown molding in guest bedrooms. Great guys, show up every day, Meticulously cared for your personal items and surroundings. Which included paper on the floor and dust barrier walls. Need less to say we were very pleased..

Kamanski Construction does a fabulous job on every project they do. We have had them remodel bathrooms, install new electrical outlets in the garage, build a beautiful deck, and put on a new roof. Our last project was surround to hide the pool equipment and gas tank. It matches our deck perfectly was done exactly as I wanted it. The company is professional, friendly and they listen to the customer. When the project is done- you would never know they had been here except for your beautifully done project. They clean everything up and put all in order. I highly recommend them for any project.

Didn’t know which way to go NEW to the area, needed a bunch of work done to a house that I take care of. I’m an estate manager. Googled and Kamanski popped up the reviews were incredibly high, so I use them excellent absolutely excellent always displayed so much professional professionalism so much. DETAIL went into their explanations of everything that needed to be done. Highly recommend Kamanski constructions for any and all of your construction needs this is a well tuned machine. They are a turnkey operation.

Andray and his family-run team were everything I could have asked for: friendly, knowledgeable, prompt with communication and estimates, and our exterior remodel (siding, insulation, windows, doors) was COMPLETELY done in less than 2 weeks, even when unexpected issues like termites and reframing arose! The care and attention to detail was beyond outstanding; price adjustments were reasonable and rational. I can honestly say that I hope to hire them for any and all future projects, and highly encourage you to do the same.

I hired Kamanski Construction for a renovation for a vacation cabin and for a remodel at my home. For both projects, Andray was on time for the initial appointments to review the work and sent proposals with breakdowns the next day. It was so nice and super helpful to have the costs broken down with full description. Kamanski worked around my schedule needs and arrived when they said they would with a full crew and and finished on the date we agreed upon. The quality was top of the line and they had some great ideas which saved me time and money. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to working with them again.

We hired Kamanski Construction based on many email and FaceTime exchanges with Andray Shcherban, the principal contractor. Because we were in New Orleans, not Portland, we did not meet Andray face to face until the job was essentially complete. The apartment was in pretty much its 1959 condition - original GE Wonder Kitchen, original fixtures - except for cosmetics like carpet, paint and shades. The 10-floor building is mid-century modern, and its construction is entirely concrete, including all floors, ceilings, and interior walls. The electrical system was original, and part of it was integrated with the Wonder Kitchen. Heating in the building is central, but there is no provision for central AC. All these features presented unique, uncommon problems that had to be solved. Our project was to replace the kitchen entirely, re-configure its walls adjoining the living room and dining area, take out all the old carpet, grind smooth and finish the concrete floors, replace one bathroom, open up a doorway, replace the electrical service, run some new electrical lines, install split-unit AC in three rooms, smooth popcorn, and paint the whole place. Unexpected problems were encountered at almost every major step. For example, a rotted (concrete) wall discovered in the old shower stall had to be removed, which then required reconfiguring the shower stall and the abutting coat closet. Andray and his people handled each such surprise openly and professionally. Although each one cost us more, we were confident that they were fixed from the foundation out, and that we could depend on them far into the future. Running the lines to the three interior AC units gives an example of the practical and attractive way they solved problems. They hid the lines in soffits running under the radiators on the wall, up another wall, then through closets. The whole thing fits in so well, it looks like it's been there all along. The quality of all their work is top-notch. We have done major renovations on three houses in the past with great contractors. I can say without reservation that, despite the surprises and extra expenses, this experience is right up there with the best. We recommend them most highly, without reservation, no matter how small or big the job.

Finally found a contractor that sets the standard. Very professional company from beginning to end. They installed a bathtub\shower and complete repaint of our third bathroom. They were on time, on budget and did outstanding work. They were very personable and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor. Two thumbs up.

This company is fantastic! The Kamanski family are wonderful to work with, and provide very good value and service. They have done multiple personal, as well as business projects for us. Highly recommend them! They recently repainted our homes entire exterior, and interior. They are now redoing our deck. Great work.

I contracted to have all new gutters and down spots installed with a gutter company and then found dry rot in roof tails and some parts of the roof. Kamanski Construction came out and coordinated with the gutter installer and repaired the dry rot and replaced siding, sheet rock and some of the roof. It was a much bigger job than expected and working as a team got the job done before the first big fall rain. They were thorough and kept the site clean both inside and out and I will hire them again.

I love everyone in this company. They are all very professional and kind. They finish jobs in a timely manor and they do quality work. They have done a lot of remodeling for my Mother and a handful of studio remodeling for my business. Hands down excellent each time! I highly recommend them :)

Kamanski Construction remodeled my bathroom, installed a new back splash in the kitchen and a new kitchen sink and faucet. Andray was so helpful from the very first conversation. The whole crew was friendly and did a great job. They also worked really well with the HOA association. They did an especially good job of masking off the areas of the condo that weren't being worked on - clean up was very minimal. Kamanski's tile guy is particularly good - he guided my tile selection and did a great installation. The grout lines in the back splash are almost invisible. Love my new shower!

First off the family environment in which this company conducts their business is very refreshing creating a very high level of worker accountability. Let me tell you If one of the brothers missed step in the process or didn't wipe their feet coming into the house they heard about it from many of the other brothers working the project. Very professional, trustworthy, clean and efficient producing the highest quality finished product couldn't say enough positive things about Kamanski construction HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! PS they like home made cookies but they wont ask for them you will have to force them to take some.
