They care that the client is satisfied, do their homework , and want the client to be happy. . They are constantly in touch with the client and always follow up in addition to making suggestions if they think it would improve the outcome.

As an architect who specializes in custom residential homes, I am always ecstatic to work with Kaufman Construction. We have worked together on 8 projects. I view them building one of the homes I have designed as a true collaborative effort with good communications between all of the players. They are pleasant to work with, always strive to provide the best quality, and I can count on them being on great terms with the Owner and me at the end of the job. The Kaufman Construction Company is very experienced with father and son in the business. The houses they build are extremely well built with attention to details. The Kaufmans, father and son, listen to their clients and go the extra mile to satisfy the demands of their clients. The subcontractors they sign on a project are professionals. At night, the job site is cleaned; for example, there are no empty food containers left on the floor or half empty drinks. The project was delivered on time and in the budget even though we changed some of the design along the road.
