KD Builders LLC

KD Builders was very professional and enjoyable to work with. We used them to essentially remodel about half of our living space, including a brand new kitchen, wall removal to create a fully open kitchen/living room space, and building of a mud/laundry room on the first floor. Throughout the whole process, KD Builders was thorough and ensured everything was set up for success. The entire crew was great and often had fun interacting with our 2 year old son. The project stayed on track for the most part and the team was able to meet our hard deadline of having the kitchen functional by Thanksgiving. We would definitely work with KD Builders again in the future for more projects around our house.

Not only did these guys do a great job building out my new house, they have done multiple projects since. The work is extremely high-quality and the most important thing is they do what they say they will do and if something doesn’t go perfect they always make it right. You don’t need a perfect contractor. You need somebody that’s honorable. These guys are very high-quality with the work that they do and they are good people.

Ken & Rich have been incredibly communicative and patient going through the process to restore the damaged property to the way it was. We ran into quite a few issues because of the age of the building, needing to upgrade/replace items to meet code, AND justify this to the insurance company. They took photos, videos, and provided written documentation throughout the entire process, making what could have been a nightmare situation into barely an inconvenience. I cannot recommend KD Builders highly enough for any potential restoration or construction work you need. They really came through for us.

They did a great job finishing our basement! Looks amazing, and best of all it has become our 2-year-old's favorite room in the house! Rich was great to deal with!

I think most people write reviews when the work is just finished or even during the process. I wanted people to know that I purchased my new home about a year ago and taking care of various issues after the sale is done is extremely important to us. Kevin and his teams not only built our home, but they are also there for us when we need them. Some of these issues were not the responsibility of KD Builders but they took the time to help us solve these problems and in one case fixed it without charging us. Beyond their impressive expertise, every member of Kevin's team is friendly and a pleasure to work with. They proficiently address the issues and are able to clearly explain the process to a layman. In short, they are skilled, knowledgeable, and they really care about their clients. We highly recommend that you if you have a project for your home that you give them a call.
