We recently finished our custom home with KWCB and are beyond thrilled with our home and our experience. We were confident that KWCB would build a quality product, but we were blown away by how smooth the process was. Their standard of excellence was evident from the day we walked into the office prior to design, all the way through closing, and beyond. KWCB’s trade partners and designers offered knowledgeable expertise and patiently led us through the selections phase, keeping us on schedule and within budget. A fear we had building our first home was receiving an initial estimate only to find out later that there would be constant upgrades to get the house we wanted. Our experience with KWCB was the opposite. The allowance line items were accurate based on the standard of home they build. The final cost of our home was within their initial estimate. Andrew Barnett, our Project Manager, was not only delightful to work with but absolutely earned our trust and respect. His communication was always transparent and prompt, and when inevitable unforeseen obstacles arose, he worked quickly to resolve them, often before we even knew there was an issue. Our build was in an established neighborhood, on a tricky lot with mature trees and specific drainage concerns. KWCB navigated these hurdles on our lot while also seeking to protect the integrity of the established neighborhood. They truly go above and beyond! If we didn’t love our house so much, we’d start all over again with KWCB tomorrow!

Keith Wing and his team made every aspect of building our forever home outstanding. Everyone on his team is professional and courteous. We lived 300 miles from our project and never felt anxious about not being able to check on it daily. The communication throughout the building process was excellent. Keith uses top notch contractors and the quality of construction is evident in the end product. Keith provides a warranty but we have yet to use it. The entire building process was incredibly organized and seemingly stress-free. Keith has built an incredible business with a team who sincerely care for their clients and their builds. Words can’t express how THRILLED we are with our new home. Keith Wing and all of his associates were always friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make the home building process enjoyable for us. Any question or concern along the way was dealt with very quickly. Our designer Margarita made picking out each item for home home very fun and it all looks great! Jonathan our Project Manager was always very responsive and did an excellent job managing the contractors. Brian was Johnny on the Spot and our Mr. Fix it all. UNMATCHED! From our initial meeting w/ Keith and the administrative team, Keith was upfront and managed our expectations. Despite the impacts of Covid-19 and 2021 extreme weather event in Texas, KWCB built our home as intended. Seth Gohlke, Project Manager, is outstanding – responsive, insightful, and helpful throughout the entire construction process and after. He made our build virtually stress-free; he worked diligently with our HOA to ensure all the requirements (community, local, state) were met. Brenda Wamsley, Director of Finance, is equally valuable in the success of our build; always available to provide assistance in any capacity -guiding us through the CoConstruct Program, keeping us apprised of timelines, change orders and keeping us on budget. Tanya Carlson was instrumental in all the administrative and legal aspects - we experienced no showstoppers. There is a distinct quality in the professionalism of KWCB’s entire team – notably Zach Gadberry, Noah Holzer, Daniel Parsons, Sean Tanksley and especially Aaron Cranfield. Additionally, the partnerships with Ferguson (Carla Zickler), Class, Covers and Colors (Toi Talasek and Jennifer Hughes), Michael Edwards Custom Cabinets and Closets (Mike Tarantino), Keystone Granite (Erik Whitney), Helrod Enterprises (Jake Elrod), and Security/Audio-Video Integrated (Johnny Chan) have no equal when it comes to expertise, craftsmanship and quality of work. KWCB goes above and beyond – when we were notified that our initial selection of refrigerator model was not available, and then two subsequent models we selected would also not be available, Keith and team provided us with a full size loaner at no cost until our selected model was delivered and installed! A gesture that is truly indicative of his set of values where the client is front and center of the effort. Our build experience: 1. A personal relationship was immediately formed between Keith and us – his confidence and value set were evident in his word and actions. Keith also had a personal and professional relationship w/ our architect, Ben Adam; this relationship made a very complex process look easy and seamless. And, our relationship w/ Seth Golhke was critical. We were living in Huntsville, Alabama and entrusted Seth with the most expensive and treasured (outside of our children and family members) investment of our lives. He didn’t disappoint! Keith and his Staff have become integral members of our small extended Family. 2. Selection of prime and sub-contractors is a deliberate and calculated thus ensuring the absolutely highest quality of work. This is what gives and maintains KWCB’s stellar reputation. 3. The professionalism of the organization from top to bottom came through in EVERY interaction we had – from the KWCB Staff in New Braunfels to every one of the sub-contractors. All were competent, had great integrity, and always treated us w/ respect and courtesy. Every connotation of “quality” is applicable to KWCB.

Keith and the whole Keith Wing Team were awesome to work with! They made the stressful building process seem stress-free…they kept us informed, answered all of our questions (with a very quick response time) and made sure all of our needs were meet. Keith was very accommodating during our, “should we do this or that” issues. A special shout out to Jonathan, our project manager, who was always willing to meet us at the house to answers our questions. Also, a big, “thank you” to Brenda for her constant assistance and patience for our many questions. Thank you Keith, we love our home!

Keith is a wonderful person and excellent builder. I have know him for may years as a friend and through my business. I have had occasion to work with him as a Realtor and he has taken what could have been awkward situations and handled them in a very fair and calm manner, always doing the RIGHT thing. He doesn't run from you if something uncomfortable comes up and he doesn't try to shift responsibility. Keith is a quality person and I endorse him whole heartedly. Keith has a superb staff and everyone is always gracious and willing to help. They make the building process a joy.

Started off well with good communication However once we had house plans in hand and were ready to start he ghosted us We sent multiple messages asking if we needed to find another builder and he never responded One of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever worked with and I have remodeled 3 houses to the studs

Keith and his entire team were exceptionally easy to work with. From the start to the finish (and even now, a year after we've been in our home) communication was and is always clear and consistent. If something wasn't right, Keith would take care of it (even if it wasn't his fault). The final product is absolutely perfect. This is my 6th home and 3rd "build" and nothing compares to the quality and craftmanship of Keith and his sub-contractors' work. Although I never plan to move again, if I did I wouldn't let anyone else build for us.

Great experience with KWCB! Quality and attention to detail were on point throughout the planning and construction process. We have moved in since July of 2020 and love our new house. When issues/errors came up during construction, Keith Wing took care of the problem without hesitation. We had a situation with the exterior color where it was the wrong color and Keith absorbed the cost (big additional cost) and took care of it right away without asking for additional payment. There are other examples that I could describe here but overall and with every situation, Keith always took care of us. Also, anything that has come up after the end of construction has been resolved and the crews have come to fix/repair details consistently and promptly. If you want a true custom home with the best quality of construction and customer service, I highly recommend Keith Wing.
