Kennaday Builders, Nick, Dave and their entire staff built our custom home. Their detail and professional work is outstanding. They were easy to work with and made recommendations to save money. Nick and his dad Dave Kennaday built our house for my husband and I in 2010-2011. I am a retired Architect and designed our rather complicated 3400 square foot house. The Kennadays did an excellent job and made suggestions to improve the design, improve the construction or to save money. They stayed within the budget (unless I made additions and changes). They kept us informed about any issues or changes that needed to be made because of material availability. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. ALL of their sub-contractors are the highest quality and care about the product that make. We are very pleased with the work on our house. I have since designed some of the houses they have constructed since ours. When I was working, I designed commercial and healthcare projects on the east coast, but the Kennadys can compete with any of the big name contractors back east. Use these guys!

Kennaday Builders were absolutely the best builders and contractors for the build of our new home. We now have a beautiful home in the middle of Oregon ranch land. Nick and crew helped us every step of the way, from developing the site, road build, and amending the site before the house was built. Along the way he managed all of the subcontractors and ensured they were on schedule and produced the highest quality for each of their respective trades. He matched our needs exactly. He has the integrity, dedication, true craftsmanship, and inspired and creative ideas that helped us with our first building of our “dream” house. Every room is functional, classical and solid. The entire house flows serenely from the Great Room to the panoramic Deck. From the Master Suite to the Guest Wing. He was responsive to our every need and desires. He made the impossible seem possible and made it happen. For example, we wanted to incorporate an historic mill stone into our master patio, Viola! It was done. He also suggested and worked with us to find beautiful maple to make our unique kitchen peninsula and powder room shelving. And he did the wood work himself – totally amazing. We desired an energy efficient home. To that end, he helped us with finding and engineering a state of the art Geo Thermal heating and cooling system, developing a well and springs for water, and recommending siding, roofing and decking that will stand up to the elements. We are here to stay and Nick Kennaday and crew ensured that the functionality of our one level home will accommodate both us, our family, and friends. He helped us with siting the house into a perfect setting, it compliments the beautiful Oregon site. Well done. We give Kennaday Builders our highest recommendations.

Kennaday builders completed a huge remodel on my house. They were easy to work with and always answered my questions. Their workmanship is excellent!
