My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

Everett Keogh has over 25 years experience in designing and installing interlock walkways, steps, driveways, retaining walls, patios and pillars as well as expertise in decks, pools, outdoor lighting and home irrigation systems. He has also finishing basements, updating bathrooms and kitchens for over 15 years to completed the circle of KEO-CAN’s quality product offerings. Everett is married with 3 children and is active in the local sports community, at an organizational level. “Success in this line of work is simple – hire me to do the job, and I will do it as if it were my own home.”

We are absolutely in love with our synthetic grass lawn. We were constantly combatting weeds and our grass dying with the extreme heat. Everett and his crew were fabulous. Everett was very responsive and provided the best service possible.

Keocan completed two full bathroom renovations for me in 2018 and 2019. In both cases, I am delighted with the result: clean, crisp, modern lines, giving the impression that the spaces are larger and airier. Everett's quotations were complete and accurate. Everett and his team did a great job hardscaping my front walkway and building me a backyard patio. They were professional, detail oriented, on time and on budget. In fact, they did such a great job that several of my immediate neighbours and other family members subsequently hired them for their hardscaping needs! I highly recommend them.

The work was started on and completed time, and cost followed the estimates with polite, cordial and professional staff. The quality of work and material was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Keo-Can.

We've used KEO-CAN on 3 separate occasions and have always been impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. The landscaping one was a front walk and planter, the other two were winter interior projects. Their prices are very competitive, they keep a clean workspace, and they finish on time. We hired KeoCan to renovate our bathroom because they had previously completed tile work in our bar, laundry room and kitchen. In addition, interlock of our front walk way. Everett provided us a detailed estimate for work, then worked with us to coordinate fixtures and tile. He was professional and friendly, so was his helper.
