Something happened in late 2024 and 2025. Kevin was great in the beginning, but missed deadline after deadline and eventually just left the job not completed, after taking our money. We later received calls from the cabinet maker he had not paid and subcontractors he had also not paid. When we asked for our money back, he said he couldn’t pay it. This all while he had taken a first class trip to Italy for three weeks. So, we are out the money, and left with an unfinished kitchen. I don’t recommended!!!

Started work, never pulled permits, gutted my house & took off with my money! BE CAREFUL!! I am now trying to get someone to fi ish this mess so I will be able to move back into my house. Project never completed!

Kevin was a Godsend to me. My flat roof was almost taken off during hurricane Ian. I had many contractors and roofers who either said they couldn't do the work, or I needed a structural engineer to look at it. And, the last quote I had before I found Kevin was for $30,000. I was quite stressed out. Kevin called me within 15 minutes of putting my request on Houzz and was at my home within 2 hours after we spoke. He looked at the job and told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He helped me work with my insurance company to get the additional money needed. Kevin is such a nice man. He assured me that I did not need a structural engineer and that it wouldn't cost anywhere near $30,000. Kevin was on the job making sure RT and Evan were all set and doing a good job. RT and Evan were terrific and it was so nice to know that the job was being done right. I can't thank Kevin enough for everything. Thanks again Kevin to you and your crew for giving me the peace of mind knowing that my roof was secure. And, of course, I must mention Nilo, Kevin's dog. Nilo is such a sweet dog and brought me lots of joy.

I can't say enough about Kevin and his crew. I've used other contractors and it was always a battle getting things completed in a decent amount of time, especially in Florida, where the demand is high. Kevin gave me a great price to do a complete tear out and remodel of my kitchen that was more than competitive. The time frame he gave me seemed too good to be true, based on past experiences. I gave Kevin the job, expecting the completion time to be longer than expected, but I was pleasantly surprised. Kevin not only completed the job when he said he would, but he also fixed some extra things in my living room that needed repair at no charge. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and I was given updates throughout the process. His son Greg is just as good at communicating and very thorough also. Kevin created a customer for life. We found this company quite accidentally, searching for someone to take on our home remodeling project. So our collaboration with Kevin was sheer luck. Kevin is a very dynamic and trustworthy leader. He is a good planner and a visionary. He will make your ideas come to life but he can also help you in the selection of your choice: he knows and understands the trends and the styles in today's home design. He has a sharp eye when it comes to the evaluation of the completed jobs and he will make sure that it is done to perfection. On a personal level, it is easy to communicate with Kevin - he is always available on the phone, does his best to keep things going as planned, and will keep you posted if there are any changes in the original schedule. I am very pleased to see our quite extensive remodeling project completed - our house looks beautiful with its fresh paint, new porcelain floor, and a new kitchen. Just in two months, it got a full "facelift"!

Kevin has been our GC through quite a few projects. We found him to be knowledgeable, timely and most of all fair and honest. Which is why we have him as the GC for the building of our dream home. His patience and recommendations have been key so far in the process. His skill at working with the trades and subs has been a god send. Kevin handled the restoration of my home after hurricane Ian . I was very satisfied with his work . There were many hurdles and obstacles as you can imagine . He turned it over in 4 months including handling all the permitting and paperwork . He came into the job aggressively and finished it with the same enthusiasm. Kevin and his team exceeded all of our expectations. We hired KEM, LLC to renovate the entire interior of our home. Kevin provided us with a detailed quote for the entire project within two days of our initial meeting. Construction began shortly thereafter and was completed within the agreed upon timeline.
