Kienzle Construction works to help achieve your desired aesthetic, while working with your budget. We assist from the conception of your idea, engaging with Architects, Engineers, Designers, and YOU! We want to keep things realistic for you, so if things are not possible due to building codes, pre-existing conditions, or due to budgetary planning, we want to let you know as soon as we know. Our staff is dedicated to not only providing the best craftsmanship around, but being as polite, conservative, rule-abiding and clean on all job sites. The whole team strives for constant and courteous client assistance, and will go above and beyond in any attempt to meet all of your requests. We operate on a Cost Plus a Fee basis, with hourly labor billing. All job costs are open-book and shared with you in an online Shared Folder. This folder also contains all pertinent job information, administrative documents, and progress photos as your job evolves - therefore you can watch your job unfold, even from afar.
