My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We strive to provide personal service and creative design, with competitive pricing. Our 10,000 square foot showroom features Kitchen and Bath designs for every style and budget. Our showroom was created to provide our customers with a hands on experience. Our beautiful displays allow you the opportunity to see and touch new and cutting edge products first hand. Joy and the craftsmen at Kitchen Encounters made a big project quite painless. With Joy’s expertise, everything ran smoothly and on time. Can’t say enough about the craftsmen who were respectful, friendly, and so skilled. We love our new kitchen!

Kitchen Encounters was the right company to do the job for us. We had looked at other renovation companies prior but they were coming in too far over budget and didn't provide me with the level of comfort and confidence that I received when talking to the folks at Kitchen Encounters. The job was done exactly when promised and looks just as beautiful as we had envisioned. They kept us updated along the way and were always available to discuss and concerns or questions. I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to have their kitchen renovated.

We love everything about our new kitchen! Working with Joy made things so easy. She is knowledgeable and very responsive. She listened to our ideas and made great recommendations to further improve the project. She stayed in constant communication and handled any issues that arose. The workers Kitchen Encounters used were extremely professional and friendly -- and they kept our space very clean. All of the work that was done is top notch -- we love everything about it. Even better, they finished the project early and stayed close to our budget.

Our kitchen renovation is finally complete and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen! Joy made the project so easy. She took our ideas, added some things we hadn't thought of, and made the perfect design. She kept in frequent contact and ensured everything ran smoothly. Dean was an absolute pro at installation and creating custom cabinet designs. The project finished on time with no issues.

We recently updated our kitchen through Kitchen Encounters. We worked with Joy. She helped us plan our kitchen and she checked the progress on site. We installed new cabinets, center island. Lighting, quartz countertops, stone backsplash, granite sink, new faucet and dishwasher. The installation was completed a week ahead of projected finish and we are very pleased with results.
