First class work in all aspects: efficient coordination with architect and delivery of all construction materials for a three-season porch (168 sq ft. ) extension to match a Dome house design, to arrive on site at the appropriate time. Crew arrived like clockwork on the dates promised. Notable: was a concerted effort to complete the roofing, shingling prior to rain forecast-which can be very variable here in the Hudson Valley. Incredibly on one day they worked 15-1/2 hours non-stop. Kept to estimate, no surprises. Adjusted quote where needed to flexibly work with customer's wishes. Outstanding in every respect. The crew work harmoniously-on certain days up to seven workers who shared work quietly, intuitively. A "Symphony Orchestra" to rival Bard College performing arts center.

Dale did two very different projects for me: a bathroom remodeling and a front yard walkway with railing. In both cases his design sense was extraordinary. And when time really mattered to me, due to an injury, Dale moved the project along very quickly.

Koerner Construction did a complete reno on both kitchen and bathroom in my house along with other smaller jobs during and subsequent to the reno. I can't say enough about the professional and aesthetic standards of their work. They were in and out in 5 weeks! They were here every morning at 8:00. The one day the workers had to be pulled for another job, I got an email the night before asking if it would be okay. The carpentry is beautiful, and eye fooling where the uneveniness of the ceiling required it. All aspects of the job were handled with the same care. I felt like a partner in the job and every effort was made to meet my wishes. The workmen were polite and responsive and never stopped working. I have hired Koerner Construction since and would do so again.
