My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kollmeyer Construction LLC is an Architectural Design Build Company that is committed to providing quality Design, Planning and Construction Services. Our knowledge and experience can take projects from Conception to Completion. Our Design Services start with Pre Construction Planning and go thru Computer Aided Design to produce full sets of Construction Documents. Our Construction Services start with Permitting Services and go thru General Construction Services. We offer services for a wide range of clients from Custom Home Design & Construction to Small Projects, Docks & Marinas, Steep Slope Foundations, and Remodel. We are a Licensed, Bonded & Insured General Construction Company that utilizes our in-house hands-on approach to construction. We interact with professional sub-contractors closely for the few phases that we do not perform ourselves. Much of our success can be attributed to the interactive coordination of these distinct trades and to our continuing commitment to meet the growing needs of our clients. We attend on going industry educational seminars to keep abreast of ever changing construction technologies, methods and trends.

We've had a wonderful experience working with Ben and Mark! Their passion and enthusiasm for a project has been terrific. Originally they were recommended by our banker due to their interests in modern design. Once we met face-to-face it was obvious they would be passionate about our modern house design. Step-by-step, they have given us great ideas and then respectful of our budget. Can't wait for the finished project!

Kollmeyer Construction designed and built our home from the ground up on beautiful Lake Chelan and managed professionally our somewhat unrealistic time frame to be in by summer! They allowed us to customize the home and embraced our love of industrial coastal. In an area that has a love affair with "tuscan", we said "beach" house and they ran with it! Not only that but they are skillful artisans in so many respects and put their stamp on many areas of the house. Just when I thought I was out of ideas, they came up with another one! From the barn doors they made for us, the concrete countertops, and the industrial stair railing. Challenged by a sloping, narrow lot and the desire that we optimize the view of the lake, they were masterful in their concept. It ended up a "WOW" house and when people enter it's fun to see the jaw dropping reactions. The home is quality bar none and will be featured in the 2013 "Home Tour". It's the talk of the town, as one Chelan architect said it is "pure" design. We are proud homeowners and we highly recommend Kollmeyer Construction.

Kollmeyer Construction is a creative and accommodating company. They have a great sense of problem solving and are up for new ideas and working outside of the norm. Working with this company was a very positive experience and I was always treated with respect and as part of the team. This company has a wide range of expertise and provided a superior end product.

Mark Kollmeyer and his team were very professional and upfront about our project and the antiscipated costs. Their designs from our ideas were excellent, and in our case they were dealing with a sloped surface and did a fantastic job. The quality of their work is good, and the work ethic from his team was excellent. We feel that we were treated very fairly and we did this on a time & materials contract.
