Kubic Construction, Inc. is located in Kearneysville, WV in the Burr Industrial Park, three miles north of Charles Town on Route 9 in Jefferson County. Pete Kubic has been involved in construction for over 25 years. Early in Pete’s career he was stationed with the US Army Combat Engineers in Europe where he was involved in bridge construction. Pete obtained an Associate’s Degree in Arts and Science from the University of Maryland while in Europe and then went on and earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University. After his tour of duty in the mid-eighties, he founded Kubic Construction and incorporated the company in 1990. Kubic Construction specializes in all facets of construction from the ground up, this includes earthwork, site utilities, demolition, and site development. Kubic Construction can also provide turn-key residential construction from ground breaking through delivery of a custom home or villa built to your specifications on your lot or in one of our current available subdivisions. Our commercial construction division can take any project from the design stages with help from our consulting engineers and architects through site development and turn-key construction. Our design build projects are valued engineered for cost saving. We build something somewhere everday. In addition to our residential and commercial projects, Kubic Construction provides additional services such as renovation or remodeling, to most any existing structure or project. We are fully licensed in WV, MD and VA and carry all liability and worker’s compensation insurance for all our projects. We will obtain building permits and or approvals upon request.
