This spring we had two roof replacement projects (primary and rental) and both went extremely well. Brad Borst was our project manager and he made sure both jobs were done quickly and correctly. We called Kustom Contracting when we had some roof damage and knew we were going to need some work. They were very professional and we had an install date within 2 weeks. When the weather called for rain, the roofers stayed late to make sure the entire roof was complete before the rain came. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Kustom Contracting replaced our entire house roof, including the deck. Of 4 quotes, only they recognized it was due to wind damage. USAA insurance agreed to reimburse the cost. Our salesman, Tommy Perry, worked with us closely. He kept us well informed and without hesitation answered all our questions. They refused to come back to fix it. That section still leaked after Kustom Contracting replaced the roof. But Tommy did not abandon us. With the tenacity of a bulldog he took on fixing the problem area. He had a roofing specialist come back to fix it. It was better but still had a small leak in heavy wind and rain. I called John when I needed a professional to review a roof after an inspection report for a home purchase. John and a member of his team walked the roof and reviewed the repairs that the home inspector stated the roof needed. John made my clients who are the buyers comfortable that what was required was minor and the roof did not need replacement. Getting a roofer out to look at a roof when you doubt that it needs replacement is tough, but John was out to look at it within 24 hours. I truly appreciate him!

This company did a great job replacing my roof and siding after Florence. Their great customer service was always quick to respond with updates. John the general contractor worked with us while we battled with insurance and made sure our roof was protected until it was completed. We would highly recommend this company and they are first on our list to call again should we ever need help with a future project.

Very disappointed & stressful year of what was to be a 3-4 month project that still has many unfinished or poorly done work. So many I can't list all, yard is swamp-drains installed incorrectly instead of doing it right with a french drain they poorly installed 3 drains at different times- did not use a landscaper, yard smells, dug into neighbors yard without permission he told me not to worry abt it he talked to her but had not. He is scheduled to correct her yard with a french drain but not my yard. Was suppose to have a roof at front door- I do not, screened porch is poorly done-it truly is only screen, no design-vinyl doesn't cover wood, screws in so tight split cabinets, back door he was to contact Mfg but still nothing. Front door, laminate cabinets coming apart, gutter issues, gas logs I brought up smelling gas kept being told don't worry. Called gas company had 3 major gas leaks tried to blame me. The gas has been cut off. This was an addition to my daughters home since I'm getting older & have alot of health issues. Was to be maintenance free but it is not & changes made without our approval such as no roof on font porch, steps steep, but they will ask for more money. No communication & only saw John 4-5 times during last year. No crews to complete project only a few hours here & there from his project manager. My experience has been terrible, lack of communication on anything, changes without discussion, I old give less than 1 star if I could from my experience. Project still not completed.

Kustom completed a contract job involving a leaking ceiling. Excellent work and timely completion. I would highly recommend this organization. Quality of work was outstanding and pricing was very fair.

This company did an awesome job repairing my roof and siding from hail damage. The best part about the company was their great customer service. Dana, the main office contact, was wonderful to work with. She always answered any calls and question without delay no manner the time or day of the week. She deserves a raise! John, the general contractor, ensured that all of our needs were met in a timely matter and that we were always up to date through the entire process. I highly recommend this team for any job!

John and his team were wonderful! They came up with creative solutions to solve design and engineering problems, added on a laundry room to the house and completed our kitchen remodel as well as correcting mistakes that Lowe's made. The kitchen never would have been completed without them! With John, everything was completed on time, and we are thrilled with the end result.
