Nikolaos and Kyvos construction were phenomenal to work with. The crew on site was fast, clean, and had a ton of expertise. They completed an estimated 4 week projects in 2 weeks.
Nikolaos was trustworthy, reliable, and transparent throughout the entire process. It can be difficult to navigate the landscape of contractors, but I highly recommend at minimum reaching out and getting a quote for you next project from Kyvos. You won't regret it. I fully plan to use their services for any future projects I have.

We went with Kyvos Construction to complete a master bathroom remodel. They did excellent work and we are very happy with the results. The team was professional; they showed up on time and let us know of the progress and requirements. Nikolas was transparent with the cost and kept the project on budget. Nikolas and his crew are fantastic. I had 5 contractors look at the plans for my kitchen remodel and Kyvos construction came in at literally half as much as the next lowest bid. The construction started on time and continued uninterrupted until the job was complete. When we ran into issues with the HOA in our building, Nikolas helped to resolve it. When one of our other contractors bailed on us, Nikolas found someone to do that job much quicker and cheaper. I never once had a problem contacting Nikolas - he usually responds to texts and phone calls immediately. He is always friendly, positive, and professional. Our kitchen now looks amazing and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Overall, the team was available and the project was completed in a timely manner. However, there are likely better options out there if you’re able to wait. Cleanliness was another issue during the project. Granted, our home was vacant during the project’s completion but the dust/dirt took several days to clean which delayed our move in date. We kept the towel rack, light fixture, and toilet paper holder from the original bathroom. These were not removed during the entire project and were difficult to clean after completion. In addition, all of the materials for the project that were new did not feel that way after completion. Parts were missing from the toilet and dirt/grout was stuck in the window track which made it difficult to open. It felt like there was a lack of attention to detail. There was also hard to remove goo on the outside of the window which was not cleaned properly. Unfortunately two weeks after the project was completed, the shower faucet came off completely. I had reached out on a Tuesday to let the main contractor know of the issue. He said he would call the subcontractor - the issue worsened two days later to the point where the shower could not be used. I reached out again to request an urgent response. The subcontractor was not available until the following Tuesday and the main contractor did not respond to further requests about the issue. This was very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. For these reasons, we would not recommend Kyvos.

You don’t give me any complain ,you are so happy and you give me my last payment., thank you so much, I respond any message you text me or call me right away, I respond when you tell me about your problem with your faucet in the bathtub, and I said to you I called Luis and we fix it don’t worry .as well I know you call Luis and he told you she’s on vacation with his family, I’m working in Napa. So, when Luis coming back, he visited your house and fix it. this is not problem from us. This is from the poor quality materials., as well if you remember, we mentioned this to you about the Tiles, the Tiles is not cut straight so the space between Tiles is not the same,and we ask you do you want us to install this tiles , and you say yes..The problem with the shower faucet it’s not from us, is from there poor quality materials, but we fix it. My floors were just finished by Kyvos, and I am extremely happy. Very knowledgeable, attentive to detail, punctual, and friendly. My rental in El Granada was damaged by a storm in December 2021.
I interviewed several contractors before finally choosing Kyvos. The owner of the company, Nickoloas, was prompt to respond to my concerns. He personally met with myself and the tenants of the house, He impressed me as knowledgeable as well as committed to providing service that fit my budget. Both he and his office manager, Patrick, were responsive to my questions as the project was initiated. Nickolas sent photos of what was being done and finished in record time without compromising quality.
I would like to give them my highest recommendation and would not hesitate to call on them again.

It is such a tiring task to get the home renovated, half of the time you are not even sure about what you want to get and the amount of money that is required for home renovation stops you from taking any chance. Even I was also very cautious while spending my money on home renovation and wanted to choose a company that would do justice with my money. My aunt suggested getting in touch with these guys and take their services, I called them and they have been very helpful and professional since the first day. Kyvos construction gave a very reasonable bid and stuck to their contract with no real extra costs or change orders. Both Niko and Fernando were easy to work with and as the owners of the company were right there on the job site many times. They returned phone calls readily and always communicated the next steps and what I would need to do as the homeowner to expedite the work. There were times where water had to be shut off or electricity in this bathroom/kitchen remodel and they always gave me an advanced notice so I could let other residents in the building know well ahead of time what to expect. The workers were very pleasant and friendly, showed up consistently on time and very importantly always cleaned up at the end of the work day as best they could. Niko helped me pick out tile for the shower and the floor in the bathroom and I am very satisfied with the final product in that room. The work crew worked very diligently on the hard stuff such as plumbing and electrical and got it done in a very expedient time frame. As they just finished everything seems to be functioning perfectly !

We own a very small studio in SF that needed the kitchen and bathroom remodeled. We interviewed 5 contractors before selecting Nikolas. He presented us with a detailed proposal with a workable time frame. Although we were a small job, Nikolas treated us like we were his most important customer. We experienced several delays during the project due to material delivery issues. However, Fernando and his crew did an excellent job to keep the project moving. Nikolas provided daily updates and kept us informed every step of the way. Totally satisfied with the entire job including the clean up at the end. We have already recommended Kyvos Construction to several other people.

This review is overdue about ten years ..
That's when i first met Νίκο he did my hardwood floors in Redwood city about 2700 square feet Worth.. About 3 years ago I had to do some remodel work in my home
I had to remodel 2 of my bathrooms and the kitchen
I called him to give me a price for remodeling the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen he explain to me about the job and he said that for the job to be done the right way it would be 80.000 dollars...he showed me where and what the reasons where for everything he was going to do...then he helped me choose the materials and help me with the colors, he is really good at that, after be finished the work my wife Was so happy that she said we should take him out to dinner to a nice restaurant..
And we did....
He is very Professional...he finished the job a week earlier from the day he said that they would, everything was done in a very nice way..and he's people that did the work where very nice professional and cooperative..
Believe me its very hard to find general contractors and companies like him..
I do suggest him with 110%
...One more time thank you Niko and your crew from the bottom of my heart..

I entertained 4 bids for my project ( nikolas kyvos construction bid not come off ass a salesman and put me at easy by not being afraid to tackle what he may. Have found in my Basement the project going on the Schedule all this days until finished, with permit and inspection. Nikolas is knowledge on materials and how to start and finish on time and the budget
