L. Loucel Construction

Jeff Martinez of L. Loucel Construction was an excellent general contractor. He built our house at The Sea Ranch from the ground up. His workmanship and integrity are impeccable. The house was finished in one year, which apparently, doesn't happen too often in that area. I would highly recommend L. Loucel Construction.

We had a wonderful experience completing a complex major addition to our house with L.Loucel Construction. Jeff and team worked non stop for 5.5 months to make our dream a reality. The craftsmanship was exemplary. We highly recommend L. Loud Construction.

We started our project five years ago. The house has been a project done in stages. Master bedroom, kitchen/living room, in-law unit, demolition and rebuild of original structure/kids rooms. Jeff and I are the designers. We used an engineer, but not an architect. Jeff has been consistently on time and on budget through the whole process. We only took breaks from work when we ran out of money. The site has always been clean and very well organized. Billing was clear. To Jeffs credit he dealt with my questions and suggestions/changes throughout the process very well ( We're almost done.) Calm and thoughtful, yet not allowing us to drift off topic. jeffs building style is right for us tight, clean, solid, bordering on the overbuilt. With jeffs work, we got what we asked for. During the construction period he helped me build out my two restaurants. There has never been a moment i doubted spending the money with jeff. He has delivered in every sense of the word. If you can get him he's worth every penny.

Jeff at l Loucel construction has done many successful projects for my family. From decks to retaining walls, remodels and now getting started on a new construction project. Being a contractor myself I know the hard work it takes to design build features with and without plans. Jeff has the knowledge and skill to tackle just about everything. My family and I thank you.
