Lancaster Construction raised our roof! When my husband & I bought our 60 year old home we knew that a section of our home with a degrading flat roof would have to be raised. After much consideration on design, neighborhood aesthetics and budget we decided to go with Kevin Lancaster & his crew! It was the best decision we could have made! The duration of the project lasted about 3 months - they had to strategically remove sections, remove an extremely large (and leaky) chimney, raise the new ridge beam, raise the front roof to bridge to the new ridge beam, add add all the rafter, roofing, etc. During construction they never left our home uncovered - always adding the huge tarps at night (which saved us during a really quick rainstorms). The construction workers were always nice, always on time, and did a wonderful job! During this project they started & completed the following: Raised the Roof - re-roofing the entire roof Added new gutters Replaced the siding Replaced the sliding glass doors Worked well with another contractor onsite (this was a plus!) Extended the eaves in places where we needed extra window coverage Scheduled around the summer downpours of May/Jun/Jul Removed all debris & cleaned the property well All in all we were very impressed with their work - the roof withstood a devastating hurricane just 2 weeks after completion, when many of our neighbors' roofs did not! Working with Kevin Lancaster was a wonderful experience for both me & my husband! So much so that we hired him again, when we had another big job that we needed help with! We will hire again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! His level of experience is well rounded and he does not hesitate to work with a challenge (us)!

Lancaster Construction is a highly recommended and profitable business specializing in remodeling, new home construction, and is managed closely by the company owner, Kevin Lancaster. Kevin is an hands own professional with outstanding people skills, willingness to negotiate pricing, follow through after construction ends, and very patient and deliberate. We have hired this company for two remodeling projects including adding on to our home and installing a combination window and screened in 400 square foot porch. He is always reasonable with his pricing and invests much time in overseeing the construction process. We have recommended Lancaster Construction to our friends and acquaintances with no hesitation. We are planning on hiring this company this summer for another project. I can't say enough about the professional and personable service this company provides.
