We had always heard horror stories about building your own house, but when we told the bank we were getting our financing through that David was our contractor, they were pleased. They said that he was always on top of his paperwork and that everyone they had financed who used Larson Home Builders had enjoyed the process. We felt throughout the process that David was our partner in this endeavor. David worked with us to keep costs down, was always super respectful about input on decisions that needed to be made, and we often benefitted from his suggestions. From start to finish, the entire crew was professional, had an eye for detail and did a quality job. When we tried to save money by putting in a veneer door, he told us he would absorb the extra cost of a solid wood door for that spot. The house is everything we ever wanted, is built beautifully and it was an enjoyable process. He even finished the house in 7 months, 2 months ahead of schedule. We are so glad we chose Larson Home Builders to build our dream house. We have recommended him to everyone we know who is looking to build in our area.

My story stared out sad, i hired the wrong company, took most of my money left me with half a house, a very poorly done half ie: Roof leaked and there was broken 2x6 supporting my garage roof,,,Enter my heroes,,,,,David Larsen and his crew, they fixed all the major problems and finished building me the cutest cabin ever,,on a scale if 1 - 10. David remodeled a bathroom for us. It included new tile work, and fitting a bathtub that normally wouldn't fit in the space. He was always on time, wore things to protect my carpet and other flooring, cleaned up his mess, and did an awesome job! I highly recommend him!
