Lathan Murdock

LTM Construction is a general contractor and handyman service that specializes in fine carpentry and woodworking, but handles all types of work ranging from remodels, additions, tile, painting, faux finishes, texturing, handyman services, moving punch lists… no job is too small Our greatest joy is to work in designing one of a kind pieces that reflects the aesthetic, cultural, and practical needs of a client. We work very close to the them providing attention to the details that make their home improvement project an experience that is fun and rewarding for everyone. Lathan is has grown up in the building business. His father is a Licensed Contractor in North Carolina and taught him the ropes from the age of seven when he learned to use hammer. By the time Lathan was 14, he was framing homes, 20 he was supervising the construction process, at 23 he owned his own business and the rest is history. Lathan currently has a A.S. in Construction Management and is working on his Bachelors in Construction Management. Additionally, he is a member of the AACEI (Americian (branch) of the Association of Cost Engineers International) Currently Lathan is employed with a local company as a construction foreman. However he is available for side work when he can fit it into his schedule.
