My wife and I purchased fifty year old home in Wayne, IL that needed, what we thought , was minor renovation. Joe Lichtenberger pointed out those items needing renovation in detail explaining what could happen if those items were let go. The final result was absolutely amazing. Joe and all his subcontractors worked well together and with Joe's supervision nothing was left to chance. Any question we had was answered completely and honestly. This made our renovation experience very comfortable, and the result was outstanding.

My wife and I selected Joe Lichtenberger to build our house after interviewing and receiving bids from several high end contractors. My wife picked Joe as she wanted the building process to be not only painless, but fun. As usual, she was correct. We had a terrific time building with Joe; it simply could not have been better. From a practical standpoint, had we not made changes along the way we would hav been on budget to the penny. We did finish exactly according to Joe's time prediction even with our several change orders. It's seven bedrooms, seven baths, and four fireplaces. I have no idea how big it is, but plenty big enough for our family of eight. The house is terrific and we have had no major issues. If I ever get the itch to build again, there is no one that I would use other than Joe Lichtenberger. Period!! My family and I have used Lichtenberger Homes on a couple remodels. Joe is courteous, professional, attentive to the job at hand, timely and fair.
