LDR Construction did a great job. They were very professional and easy to work with. Awesome deck to enjoy for years.

Very happy with the work done by LDR. Sub-contractors were great. The only issue was a delay with shower door as wrong one was ordered - but the workmanship on the project and the follow up to resolve small problems was great and i would recommend LDR to others for consideration.

LDR owner and staff are very knowledgeable about the home renovation business. Mine was a second floor condo, with possible structural concerns. Alex knew what to look for and went ahead without any concerns. The result is an, interior that went from 20 dated years to a new modern one. LDR had no problems allowing changes as they went along and did their darnedest to accommodate each and every time. I would not hesitate to use LDR's services again or to recommend Alex and company to anyone.

My husband and I give LDS Construction a 5 star rating for a great job well done on our ensuite bathroom. After the demolition was completed plumbing and electricity was relocated, cupboards and vanity, hardware and fixtures installed and a new tiled floor laid all done with very professional work. We appreciated that they kept us informed answering any questions we had during the reno. They strove to meet our deadline and kept our budget to the price we had discussed. All in all we feel the experience we had with LDS Construction was top of the line.

I highly recommend this company. They have incredible attention to detail, they are great communicators and are available to talk through issues or help select products and advise on options. They did an amazing job on both a kitchen, bathroom, exterior structural and deck renno. They are fair in their pricing and stick to their quotes.
